Aspen Dental

I went to Aspen Dental yesterday for the first time, and they were fantastic. I do not like going to the dentist, but they made the experience so easy and everyone was extremely pleasant. They walked me through an extensive treatment plan to get my oral care where it needs to be, and were so receptive to answering all my questions. Nick, who I spoke to over the phone and when I came in, was extremely personable and friendly. Sara, who brought me back and started my x-rays, was extremely patient with me as I absolutely hate the x-ray process. Dr. Hussein was extremely bubbly, empathetic, and understanding, and did not once make me feel bad or guilty as dentists often have done to me in the past for having a cavity or issue that needs correcting. Instead, she made me feel at ease and I am actually looking forward to seeing her again - something I haven't said about going to the dentist in probably 20 years! Jessica, the care specialist, was extremely patient and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Overall I'm very satisfied to be a new customer of Aspen Dental and would highly recommend visiting here especially if you are not a fan of going to the dentist, like me!

I’ve found my Dentist. This was the best care I’ve ever received and it was genuine. You can tell they’re proud of their jobs and truly care about people. Professional and their spaces and facility is immaculate. I feel I will be in good hands. Great team of professionals. Also very friendly and kept me informed and were concerned about my care every minute throughout the procedure. I’m so happy. I recently quit smoking and I’m living with the results. Can’t wait to move past the damage caused by that evil tobacco. Peace. This Veteran thanks you.

Never in my 60 years have I found a dentist office I enjoy going too. Doc H. was amazing and how she keeps her cheerful demure and care level so how I will never understand. He laughter is contagious it shows in her staff. Melissa is the best hygienist that has ever work on my teeth. I recommend them to all my fiends and family

My daughter and I absolutely love this dental office. The whole staff has always been so nice and compassionate, and if you have anxiety they really know how to make you feel at ease. My daughter really likes this dental office and never dreads going to her appointments. We have no complaints. I’m very glad I chose Aspen dental. Our appointments always go well and we never have to sit in the waiting room very long they take you back real quick. Never had issues or long wait times with scheduling appointments. Its a great place.

Aspen Dental got me in the next day for my initial appointment. It was a positive experience, they are very cautious and covid safe. They took good care and answered all my questions and took care to work with my insurance company to get maximum coverage.

People were very nice but I was in for a exam to get a cleaning. They quoted me $83 over the phone when I got there after they looked at my teeth they said I needed a deep tissue cleaning and quoted me $2,000. Unaware to them I got another opinion and the other dentist is cleaning my teeth for $200 , he said they are barely dirty since my last cleaning was a year and half ago.

Staff is people orientated and professional. Show good listening skills.

I was able to as a first time patient on my first visit, know that I needed dentures, have impressions and exact cost amount on that first visit. Everything processed exactly as I was informed it would. My reworked final pair of dentures fit very nicely. With my profession not having to go with out teeth saved me from much embarrassment. I have talked with many people about my experiences.

The Aspen Dental on Gateway in Springfield is the best. I called them because my two crowns fell off after 25 years. Erin on the phone was so nice and I got in the next day. The staff are all amazing, from the person taking your x-rays, to the hygienist and Dr. H. I felt comfortable the entire time. I needed to have extensive work done and funds were a factor for me, as it is for most working people. I was introduced to Ashley and she helped prioritize what needed done immediately and what could wait a few weeks. Ashley helped me with a payment plan that worked in my budget and never once made me feel uneasy about making payments. Ashley got me scheduled for the next day to start my procedures. This place is absolutely amazing. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Aspen Dental and Ashley.

My experience at Aspen Dental is not good, I normally do not write reviews that are not good, but this was a terrible experience. Started out as a good idea, my last dental exp was awful so I had not been for a couple years, I was not informed by previous dentists as to what procedures would include & cost... Hoped to have a better more informed exp. with Aspen, after explaining this they assured me of complete disclosure before procedures. I had my first appt. needed 11,000 of work!! Told them I could not afford this, they worked it out to be a little over 5,000. This would include 1500.00 paid by my ins. then 2500.00 in house finance by me at barely affordable monthly payments... but doable! Then the remainder was to be discounted by my having the dental coverage I had... On one of my last appts. (had like 2 or 3 more to complete) I checked in and was told I owed over $600.00, by the front desk!! I said no that cant be I financed my portion of the costs... well I paid some $60 to $70.00 that day, and was told I needed to pay the rest, I asked for a statement showing what I owed... never received any, then started getting bills from collections in a couple months, needless to say I never went back to get my final partial denture, or will go back, as they are so untrustworthy and did not follow up with there motto to be up front with costs... Horrible customer service and terrible business practice!!
