Aspen Dental

Permanent retainer broke and needed fixing, aspen seemed like the shortest wait so I booked an appointment. They removed my retainer which was all good, but they also took xrays and did a few exames. They caught me off guard suggesting I have periodontitis and need some sort of procedure/laser treatment. They didn't explain much. They then tried to have me pay for it upfront. The total after insurance was 1,7000. With no insurance I think it'd be 5,000. I said I was going to get a second opinion and I did. Saw a periodontitis who told me I didn't need any of that, just a deep cleaning. Thankfully I got a second opinion, and hopefully my experience can save you guys some money and time.

My first review was positive but I need to edit. Fast forward one year later, in my experience, they over prescribe treatments to charge more. They seem more concerned with up selling and making money than your care. They also seem to not want to work with your insurance to try to get you to pay more out of pocket.

The staff at Aspen were amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt genuinely cared about.
I needed a deep cleaning, and had actually been putting it off. Fully expecting a painful (as well as expensive) visit.
My dental tech, Melissa, was great. Patient, understanding, and above all a real ‘people person’ with a passion for her work. What little discomfort I felt was easily offset by her glowing personality.
My insurance only covered a little, but they worked with me on the final costs and I was impressed at the outcome.
I would definitely recommend AspenDental for anyone that wants to feel like they are in good, caring hands (as well as on a budget).

Sorry I only had time to put the five stars up but, I was in Walmart. I loved the people, they were all very kind and knowledgeable. The Dr. Is fantastic, she spotted something out of place in my mouth that I did not feel or notice. I only have great thing's to say about Aspen Dental!!

Staff was super friendly and great at their jobs (the only reason I didn't give one star). The business practices are a different story. After over 30 years of boring cleanings and a few fillings, I was well overdue for a cleaning. After their exam finding I had mild to moderate periodontitis, my recommended treatment plan was $4,400 for a root scaling, antobiotic treatment, new filling, and replacement filling for one that had come out. After 1 month of flossing and water picking daily plus switching to an electric tooth brush, I went to a different dentist who said my gums are in near perfect condition. No fillings and no missing fillings. No periodontitis. No bone loss. Less than $250 for an exam and cleaning without insurance. I googled Aspen dental and found so many horror stories way worse than mine. They prey on the uninsured and low income. Aspen dental is a scam.

I needed to get my partial denture repaired for the second time in about a 3-year span. The repairs were done in just a few hours and afterwards I was given a large discount on the bill. Incredibly helpful.

I am very happy with my experience here. Every person I spoke to was very kind and informative. They were also very efficient. I was a new patient as of two weeks ago, with a busy work schedule. They accepted my insurance,got me in for x-rays, a cleaning, and two separate visits for fillings, in two weeks. I am so happy to have been able to get caught up on some dental hygiene this fast! And with some very nice people! Thank you! l will definitely be back for that 3 month check up 😁

I was without dental insurance, and thus, dental care for many years. I was afraid that I was going to lose many of my teeth. Aspen has been phenomenal in both care and communication. The entire experience has been wonderful. Reception, billing, hygiene, and dentists have all been very kind, patient and professional. I'm no longer in fear of losing my teeth! I'm grateful to have found Aspen.

I had a terrible toothache, the kind that keeps you up and makes you want to cry. I went to my local dentist and they said, "You probably need a root canal, so we want to send you to a specialist for that procedure" I called to get an appt all over town, the soonest ANYONE would get me in would be in 3-4 weeks. WHAT! iT WAS AWFUL I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN. My husband found Aspen Dental and I had an appointment in 4 days! Ya! Never been so excited to have my mouth drilled! We arrived and everyone was super nice and accommodating,, Especially, because we drove 5 hours to get there.!! They moved all of their other appointments around to have me seen first thing by Emily Case DDS. She was super super nice and did an excellent job!! I am now pain free and crunching away! Thank you TO THE STAFF OF ASPEN DENTAL !
