Great group they have there. They had seen me very quickly when I called about some severe tooth pain I was having. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistants, dental hygienist, and of course the dentist were great! They were very compassionate and competent through out my whole experience. Dr. Hussain THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! I would recommend this dental office to anyone, and I don't like going to the dentist.

The Springfield location has a great staff and a light hearted atmosphere. Jasmine is a really great hygienist! They help you feel at ease while you are there and they have good customer service.

The Staff was completely Positive and Non-judgmental. I felt like I fit right in and the People were mostly around my Age group. I talked freely with the Assistants and Doctors, and they were very Gentle with the procedures. I left with no confusion about the Work they did and about my Future billing plans. Thanks for the Warm visit. Cheered me up!

This location is professional looking and well kept, and all the people from the front desk person to the hygienist and the dentist are nice and professional. I gave them 2 stars for their overall business practices. I've had some previous dental work at other offices out of state, but I have been regular on my checkups and all of my previous dentists (both in state and elsewhere) have taken a "wait and see" approach related to replacing my crowns and previous fillings. I went to this location 3 separate times over the course of 1.5 years, and their recommendations for dental work got progressively more aggressive (and expensive) each time. The first time I went in, they did the usual X-rays and cleaning and didn't recommend any additional work. The 2nd time I went in (6 months later), they strongly recommended I get my crowns replaced, with a potential out of pocket costs of $1350 for 2 crowns. The most recent time (6 months later), their analysis of my gum pockets were in the at-risk to danger zone for periodontal disease (which was completely surprising as I did not change my oral hygiene habits, nor did I have any medical changes). They wouldn't even clean my teeth and recommended a deep cleaning that would require me to be put under. I found it hard to believe that my teeth would change that much in just 6 months time. Then they sent me to the business manager to schedule my deep cleaning and get a cost estimate. The cost estimate for the cleaning alone was $800, plus they also said I still needed the crowns. They wouldn't even schedule my appointment unless I paid a deposit to secure the hygienist's time, so I ended up paying $100 just to make the appt. After I left, I decided to get a second opinion from another local dental office. They analyzed my gum pockets and found them to be within the normal range, and reviewed my X-rays and disagreed with the findings of Aspen Dental. Maybe it's the "corporate" nature of their office, but the prices are high, they "upsell" you on products and/or recommend expensive procedures that may not be warranted, potentially mislead patients on the severity of the issue, and make patients pre-pay for services. Needless to say, I have since changed dentists. Just beware and do your homework on potential costs and services.

They lie to try to get more money out of you for treatments you do not need. The hygienist is also rude and very short with you when you ask questions. I immediately found another dentist (I suggest Mount Pisgah).

The initial appointment they seem to care a lot after that you are just a dollar sign. They only care about taking your money. And after that the service is not good. The people are very nice, but the prices are inflated and they really only want to keep taking and taking. Also they make you wait like 30 minutes after your actual appointment time almost every time to get seen. Never in my life have I had to spend this kind of money at the dentist. A positive would be that they are very clean and safe.

I would NOT recommend this dental office to anyone, I have gone to them a few times for general dental needs and when I called in with extreme pain they told me sorry you haven’t been seen in a year so we can’t prescribe any antibiotics until we see you (which was 2 weeks out). I explained to them that I saw them 5 months ago in April and the response was oh yeah but she still won’t prescribe (dentist can prescribe if not over 6 months per her office) First of all I must say the fact that they did not even accurately review my chart and had no idea when I was last seen was very concerning, they then told me I can always go to white bird for low income, that is a great option for low income families however I do not qualify for any low income services, I cancelled all care with their office due to the inaccuracies of what they were stating and the complete lack of compassion. I switched to Oakmont which I must say is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They got everything taken care of same day, fixed my tooth that aspen claimed needed a root canal or to be extracted. Do not go to Aspen if you need anything more than just a cleaning.

While traveling in the are I began experiencing jaw pain and called for an appointment. They were able to get me in less than 2 hours, did a complete workup and explained everything to me. Unfortunately the work I needed to have done will take more time than I have at the present. They did prescribe pain killer and antibacterial med to combat the infection. When I complete my journey I will find another Aspen Dental clinic and have the work done. They are convenient, caring and very professional.

First time customer- my mother had a terrible, excruciatingly painful infection in one of her teeth. Her dentist was closed (on mondays, seriously?) Aspen dental was able to fit her in the same day she called and pulled the tooth. All staff were caring, friendly and sympathetic. We really appreciate dr. Hussein making time for the extraction as she had been suffering for a day and a half. Absolutely recommend, stellar service!
