The dental hygienist is wonderful. outstanding in her ability also
in her manner and kindness.
It was a joy to open my mouth to her.
The dentist who was to examine my teeth was a different story.
She had me open my mouth , she touched a tooth with an instrument
that was the examine. She then proceeded to play with her hair and flip
it around, trying to convince me to have a tooth implant for several thousand dollars, of which I am not interested, yet she continued.
The office in Springfield is beautiful and calm. The equipment is state of the art, with a feature of being able to show the patient what they are speaking about and what their mouth and teeth look like, very impressive.
All in all I will return and have and will continue to go there for my dental
work. I have suggested to many friends to go there, I will continue to do so.

I went to this Aspen to get some routine dental work and some filling done a few weeks ago, while on vacation. I was able to get in rather quickly which was very nice. This office was very clean and did not smell of harsh cleaning materials. The staff was amazing, very friendly and upbeat. Sunny and Dr. H were amazing at explaining what was being done and when to feel the the pinch of the needles. The ladies at thia office qere very professional, u beat and friendly, which definitely help put me at ease, plus I was able to listen to music so that helped out well.

It was horrible. The staff was nice but I was there for an emergency and they did nothing. They gave me antibiotics and sent me away. The next day I had an emergency dental appointment at Willamette dental and they pulled the tooth that day. Obviously aspen could have done that but chose not too. I was told not to take the antibiotics after that so they not only wasted my time but they also wasted my money. Thanks for nothing.

I went and got a treament plan, and ended up only getting my teeth cleaned and 3 fillings. When I got my bill it was $1900! I thought that was quite a bit for 3 fillings because my cleaning was suppose to be covered by my insurance. So I called Aspen Dental and asked them why my bill was so high because of course the bill doesn't state what I'm being charged for. So they charged me for the entire treatment plan!!!!! They charged me for my cleaning, a crown, and to pull 3 of my wisdom teeth! I am so livid they did this. Of course I have to wait for them to fix it, but why the hell are they charging me for services they haven't done. I will NEVER go back to Aspen Dental!

The employees were very friendly and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Hussain was very gentle and very vocal with what she was doing. Made a miserable trip to the dentist more than bearable. Thank you Aspen Dental.

The Surgeon and the assistant were both incredible during my extraction, and made sure I was comfortable even though I had bad anxiety.

I had some issues with a bill I received and the customer satisfaction team resolved the issue.

The best at patient care, very knowledgeable and explains what they are doing so you know ahead of the treatment. Listens to their patients to better help the patient with the care they need. The doctors, hygienists and dentist assistant are the friendliest and most trusted team I have ever been treated by. If I could give them ten stars I would.

Super 1 star service.
I took my kid here for a dental cleaning which was fine. They sent him home with directions to use a prescription mouth rinse but didn't send him home with any or with an rx. I called in from the parking lot, they told me I could come pick some up but they were closed for the evening. I was literally sitting in the parking lot and he had just left the office. They told me "come back tomorrow" so I did... now the receptionist has no clue what I am talking about and is unwilling to give the prescription or mouthwash he needs... super 1 star service.

I've always had wonderful interactions at this location, I've been going here for almost 4 years. The service has always been very friendly and welcoming, and the hygienists very thorough and professional. They care, and it shows. Melissa is amazing and very careful to explain everything and answer all my questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
