My husband hasn't seen a dentist in over 15 years. He's had a bad toothache for several months, and on Monday the pain increased exponentially. Aspen Dental was able to get him in yesterday morning. Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing! They were so kind and caring. Unfortunately, my husband has a pretty severe infection and will need 2 of his teeth removed and our dental insurance is only effective thru Friday. The dentist is making sure that he gets all the treatments he needs before the end of the week! She's keeping a close eye on him and has us coming in every day so that she can see how the infection is responding to treatment. We're very impressed with everyone at Aspen Dental on Gateway street and would highly recommend this office! Each person we've interacted with there is truly exceptional and you can tell that they love what they do and the company they work for.

I went to this Dental Clinic a few months ago and picked up application for me and my children ( Three of us )and got back with appointment for me and my daughter.(with filled up application) But woman at the front desk was asking me to call my insurance for verified my DOB?????? But they took my daughter.I was asking front desk that you better contact me before I was here and she said Oh well just call your insurance take time a few minutes and she has many customers to taking care of.(have no time to call me???)
So I was confused that I paid for me and my children but they took my daughter but could not take me????and I was trying to call my insurance and they said my DOB was correct.It was the same DOB that I given to my company.. its wasted my time to asked for day off and went there to heard something like that.
P.S.On those day I took sometime to called insurance and its automatic machine...you know its not easy so I have to canceled my appointment because front desk did not completed her job.

The staff at Aspen Dental are just amazing!!! I called to make an appointment for my grandmother who had broke her bottom dentures. I got her in the same day, unfortunately the dentist we saw (I don't remember his name) wasn't too friendly but the ladies there were so sweet. Got her in on Monday and got her a new full set of dentures on Friday of the same week!!! These ladies are caring, passionate about their jobs, and make sure their clients are 100% happy with their work. I recommend this office 100%. Very disappointed in my visit. Technician left when an emergency patient came in, during the middle of my treatment. She did this again 10 minutes later. I had to go find her to finish my cleaning. Dentist was unmemorable and not very friendly. I was on the fence about switching dentist, this made it easy for me.

All members of the staff with whom I interacted were exceptionally courteous and professional. In their respective areas of expertise, they explained my dental situation thoroughly. I have visited many dental practices and this one was the best from an informational perspective. Based on my experience, I certainly would have made the practice "my dental home" except for the fact that I felt a need for reconstructive intervention and the doctor insisted I go through an expensive first visit with the hygienist before I could access the intervention. I understood the requirement but felt the hygiene and intervention(s) were more expensive than I could now afford. Despite this, the practice is highly recommended.
