First off I have HIGH anxiety at the dental office, and it had been 5 years. So I anticipated my experience at the Springfield AD office with hesitation. Saw advertisement on tv so from greeting at the front desk, several techs during exam, Dr., and financial staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I give the highest and best recommendation.
