I took my son who has a mild form of Autism to Aspen Dental to schedule an appointment to have his wisdom teeth removed ! Everyone was wonderful and accommodating and understanding of his needs ! He was happy with being able to watch TV while in dental chair sometimes it's the little things in life that make life better thanks for everything!

The people at Aspen Dental are great. They are professional, courteous, and my dentist is fantastic. Had filling with no pain and completed in record time. Would give these folks the highest rating.

I would give negative stars if i could. They have the worst customer service humanely possible. They made a mistake in billing and filing for my insurance (as said by them). They told me then to wait for the new bill as they are amending the insurance claim and disregard the current bill, but the next thing I know there is a Collection notice from a Collection company for the amount.
I would avoid this place at all cost.

Staff was courteous and on time. Patiently helped find future appts for three family members. Office was very clean with all appropriate safety protocols in place (masks, distancing, hand sani, etc)

I am brand new to State College and over the weekend started to have terrible tooth pain. I called Aspen Dental on Monday evening and they got me in for an emergency appointment the next day. The staff were kind and caring. They handled my dental insurance seamlessly and gave me a referral to a local endodontist. I will definitely come back for my routine cleanings and check ups.

They were able to get me in on short notice and did a wonderful job fixing my loose crown and doing a cleaning and cancer screening. All at a reasonable price. Five star

Yesterday at 1:30 am, I chipped my tooth (a lifelong fear of mine, LOL). At 5 am I woke up and was able to schedule a 10:45 am appointment. The dentists were very busy and I was scared they wouldn’t have time to fix my tooth, but after an X-Ray and a look around my mouth, the dentist told me that after she was done with her three patients after me, she’d be able to fix it!! My wait wasn’t even a half hour and the price was not bad at all! I am so happy and relieved I was able to get it fixed not even 12 hours after my incident occurred, especially at such a busy and highly-reputable place!! And it was cheaper than what I read tooth binding costs on the web. Very grateful and appreciative of these dentists, and will 100% be going back for future dental needs! Thank you guys!

I had a tooth extraction that went horrible, on my first visit my time was 230, yet a dr didn’t see me until after 4 then was rude saying she was leaving at 5 and might have to come back. If I take off work to pay for a dental exam I expect it to happen . The tooth extraction visit was the worst, they over charged me then refunded it to a card I can’t reuse, the dr was so rough. I was so in so much and she refused medicine telling me I needed to just deal, that it wasn’t that painful. Everyone’s experience is different so if I call in crying in pain she should have listened

The staff is awesome and they do not dig at your teeth as some other dentists do. I have left other dentists in pain from them picking at my teeth. Aspen is gentle and do just as good as a cleaning as private practices do, without the pain.

Really helped when hubby had no insurance...the prices and financing were reasonable. The staff is friendly and understanding...gentle with nervous patients. They were considering pulling teeth, but were okay with our wait and see approach. (As with any dentist or doctor, express your concerns before agreeing to a procedure.) I say at least go for the consultation, and decide for yourself. If you are without insurance, the consultation is free. They take excellent, complete xrays.
