I normally don't rate businesses, but unfortunately I was consistently let down.

I visited Aspen Dental twice. First for a cleaning, and then again to have two cavities filled. Both times I felt rushed, and it was all very impersonal. One technician even complained about another patient to me, which I felt was very unprofessional.

During my second visit to have the fillings(which i was nervous about as I haven't had much dental work in my life), the Doctor informed me halfway through that the cavities she thought were superficial were deeper than she anticipated. They would have to drill deeper. I couldn't truly understand what she said in the moment, and there was no other option but to continue as I was already numbed anyway and they had done initial drilling.
When they finished I was given no directives. I got up out of the chair and neither the Doctor or assistant really looked at me or talked to me. I was given no instructions about activities or foods to avoid (never had real dental work before).
After a week, one of the teeth is still very sensitive to hot and cold, and anything crunchy. I'll have to go back in to another office to have it checked, and worked on. I've never had tooth pain in my life. I'm just very disappointed, and in pain.

I waited a little over an hour passed my appointment. Hygienist was acting in a rush so she appeared rude and made me uncomfortable. They made me feel like I was wasting their time and my issues were not important. My tooth needed pulled and hygienist made me feel like i didn't know what the issue was and that I wrong. They have free initial exam but it does not include cleaning despite what I was told. They also said when I made the appointment that they blocked out time to pull my tooth but then told me that wasn't the case and i would have to schedule a separate appointment. On the bright side the Dentist was very pleasant and understanding and will pull my tooth without sending me to an oral surgeon which would of cost more. Desk staff was very pleasant as well. Returning in a month to have my tooth pulled I am hoping the hygienist was just having a bad day and the communication between office staff and I when I made the appointment was just a misunderstanding.

The dentist seemed to rush me through. I went to get a permanent filling after having a root canal. I told her the tooth was still sensitive to cold, she said it can't be from the same tooth. She never took the time to see which tooth was actually sensitive to cold.

She came over to me and said that she recommends a crown and then proceeded to put in the permanent filling , that cost me $100 (after insurance paid). The crown will cost me $640 (after insurance) and no, the $100 from today does not go toward that amount. Seriously?!?!

My God, I can't imagine how much this would cost someone that did not have dental insurance!!

One other complaint, it would be nice to be able to understand the doctor when she did speak to me!!!

First time there. Dropped my dentures n they broke. Needed em repaired. Fixed them in about half hour or so. Only thing because it was my first visit had to take X-rays.

Been there three times and the hygienist makes me feel like I was wasting her time or she was not in a good mood (She never smiled to me nor introduced herself). They were so busy that nobody explained my X-ray to me. Besides they billed me a 150 dollars electronic toothbrush without telling me. I got the refund. But there is still 60 dollars toothpaste and mouth wash in the bill... Anyway, better to find another place.

Every employee at Aspen Dental was very professional and courteous. Every step of my X-ray, cleaning and procedure was explained to me, as well as checked with my insurance so I knew any expense that was coming my way. The teeth cleaning you receive is specified to your gums and what is best for your oral health. Every surface is cleaned as soon as the technician is done, the entire office was clean and there was a tv at every chair to offset the noises that may come from dental care. I really enjoyed my experience at Aspen Dental and will happily continue to be their client!

I can't express how happy I am with my new dentures. From the first interview to the finished product the process was well organized. The office manager, Meghan, took the time to explain everything and although expensive, she made arrangements that made the financing comfortable. The surgeon. Dr. Monios who installed the implants was great. He was patient and professional. All the staff were kind and caring. Dr. R. fitted the teeth and made all the adjustments and fitting an easy and even enjoyable process. All the staff were great and in particular the dental assistant Karen was great. The dental tech ,Dave, that made the teeth is an artist. I set and achieved a number of goals: 1. Bite through lettuce 2. Eat potato chips. 3. I ate corn on the cob for the first time in 20 years. 4. Go a whole day forgetting I am wearing dentures (Achieved) 5. Have the confidence to smile in public (doing it a lot)

Aspen Dental is very professional and quick with treatment, maybe too quick. The last time the dental hygienist was efficient but have no idea of her name. No name tags for some reason. After cleaning about 20 min., she never said how I was doing, I had to ask her. I'm sure she's quite qualified, just not very personal. Plus she didn't provide me with a new toothbrush, paste, or floss like the other hygienist, Paige, does. That's a very nice gesture and makes you feel cared about. Since Paige has treated me from the beginning, I feel I should be able to stay with her if at all possible. Then she can see my progress or lack of and suggest what I can do to improve.

I am a new patient and from beginning until the end of the visit everyone was so friendly and professional. I had some serious tooth pain and the doctor took care of it and also address other issues for a later appointment.

Updated Review: I have been a patient for some time now and wish I could give more stars. They are all fabulous. I seriously can’t say enough great things about them all. Would definitely recommend.
