Over the years, I have had many a tooth extracted in many different places across North America, and without a doubt, I must say that the people who work in this dental office are some of the best that I have ever come across! Unfortunately I didn´t get her name, but the Asian female dentist that pulled my teeth was nothing less than excellent! She pulled two teeth, side by side, one of which had been mostly broken off on the top, and did it without my feeling any pain at all, and relatively quickly. Everyone in this office were friendly, patient, and kind.

Went here years ago and they basically told me I needed a root canal and all this other stuff— obviously a big expense and not a good time. Went to get a 2nd opinion and other dentist said I had a single super tiny cavity. She fixed it in like 5 min and I never had issues and that was probably 6-7 years ago. Aspen is a scam. Stay away

Came in for a free first appointment. It was almost an hour long and they didn't clean my teeth. Only x-rays. I suppose they never say they will clean your teeth but to me it makes no sense having an appointment with a dentist if they do nothing to help your teeth. It meant after driving 30 min each way for that appointment I had to make another appointment (which I will pay for) and do the drive again just to get my teeth clean. To me that is misleading advertising.

I've been going to Aspen Dental for a few years now, and I must say they are fantastic! I rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes to be called back. They clean my teeth immediately, and if I have an exam it only takes a few minutes for the doctor to come in. The whole thing takes 20-40 minutes depending on what needs to be done. All of the staff are polite and kind, and the hygienist this last time didn't ask me questions with her hands in my mouth. Best experience of my life

Been going here for years...out of convenience only...every single time somebody up front is being rude, and the front of house staff is very short with people. They really put out the 'give me your money and get out of my life' vibe. Even on the phone they are rush rush and think they know more about your own health and or life schedule than you do.

I must also say i have never had any issues with the doctors, techs or hygienists in the back.

Oh they'll clean your teeth, but the people at the front desk will make sure you know how burdensome on their day you are.

Buyer beware.

The staff were very nice and pleasant to be around, which is why I am rating this facility 2 stars. I attempted to make an appointment to get a filling redone as one of mine is worn out. They called the day before the appointment telling me they had to reschedule because all of the dentists were leaving at 5PM. So they reschedule me, and sure enough they called me the day before my second appointment to tell me that they cannot provide any services to me because I had an outstanding balance from when I got my wisdom teeth out. They called me the day before because they "did not catch this issue the first time". This operation was 4 years ago, and we have not received any billing statements regarding the remaining balance. I feel like that is something that should've come up well before my appointment. The second appointment was meant to be the day before Thanksgiving, so this cancellation was very inconvenient to me as I had to rearrange all of my holiday plans/travels. I am very upset with this facility because they scheduled me TWICE, and both times they called the day before to cancel on me. I will not be returning.

I went for a cleaning and whitening. The results were satisfactory but I was not happy with the service at all. I was left alone during the whitening while the light was on my teeth and I had no way to tell the dentist when the pain level was too high. I tried clapping and yelling but no one came to eventually I just got up and had to turn it off myself. When the dentist came back I learned that she was similtaniously doing a cleaning on another patient... The X-ray tech was pretty rough with me as well. Felt a bit like I was on a conveyor belt and they wanted me out as quick as possible. One of the assistants who did my 3D scan couldn't breathe properly or something and was weezing directly into my mouth while she was taking pictures. Good prices, but I won't be back again.

I went in here for a new patient exam a few months ago, and I have nothing but kind words for the staff who made me feel comfortable and were quite professional in taking all the usual x-rays. The dentist was another matter altogether. The x-rays showed that I had an impacted upper wisdom tooth. The dentist took one look at the x-rays and proclaimed confidently that the situation was beyond all salvage and I needed to get three teeth extracted immediately (the wisdom tooth, the neighboring molar it had impacted on, and the corresponding lower tooth which would have nothing to bite against). Had I acquiesced, that's exactly what would have happened. I insisted on getting a second opinion from specialists and walked away. Boy, am I glad I did! Yes, the wisdom tooth had to go, but there was nothing wrong with the neighboring molar that a root canal could not fix, and with that in place, there was no reason to tamper with the lower teeth at all. In other words, I only needed one extraction, not three.

I can forgive a mistake, but I can't forgive the dentist's unprofessional refusal to even discuss the other options with me or refer me to a specialist. The recommendation to remove the undamaged lower molar was an especially egregious one. Even if the upper molar was beyond repair (which an endodontist has since said is expressly not true), what if I wanted to put in an implant in it's place to bite against the lower molar? Removing the lower molar would obviate all other options. She wouldn't even tell me what else could be done. All she wanted to do was pull three teeth out, without good cause. When I said I wanted to wait and consult other professionals, her reply was "Wait for what, infection?". I'm in my 20's, and I'll live with the consequences of such drastic and unnecessary actions for the next 60 years. I would have lost half the molar chewing surface on the right side. I can't trust someone who's so cavalier with my dental health.

I waited way too long to come in for a cleaning. I expected the procedure to be very painful as I have some very sensitive teeth. The nurse who did my cleaning was very careful and thorough. She warned me when she would be cleaning the painful areas and she even polished my teeth with their new mechanical toothbrush because the normal polishing method would be painful. The doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he made sure all my questions were answered. 4 stars because I had to wait a while . . . wish I could give 4.5 stars instead.

Very long wait. Took me two hours to see a Dr finally. And the Dr was in a rush. She didn't even discuss with me any further treatments and plans. Receptionist didn't even show up to reschedule my next visit when it was necessary for me. Left the clinic without any of my issues resolved.
