If I could give this location of Aspen a ZERO I would. Please do not waste your time going here. My first visit they said I was due for a cleaning and gave me my estimate and even after telling them I had one previously they said I was good long story short - they ended up charging me over $100 for something that should be included with my insurance. Sam is a nightmare. She seems to answer the phone ever time you call and acts like your bothering her by calling. She is rude and will not take the time to help. Always saying she cant help me and needs to refer my simple question to someone else. Then you wait a week for a call back.... The Manager Megan is not as bad but equally as unhelpful. Back story.... I have had 2 fillings with this place and tried having my Invisalign transferred because I moved from Arkansas not even a year ago. My Invisalign took about 4 months to be transferred and I got a call today saying they wouldn't accept my case because I have had a few refinements and seems difficult. I have an identical twin sister who has her Invisalign with Aspen and while I have been waiting. My sisters teeth are already corrected. No questions to me at all. I went through multiple doctors in AR as the practice was sold once and then had 2 different doctors. Each one said they had a different plan and didn't like the way my case was tracking with the other doc. I feel with consistency like my sister had I could have had my teeth corrected already. All in all this place is a nightmare and I would never refer anyone who wants good care and good customer service to this location. Its worth a drive to go elsewhere.

Dental appointments cause high anxiety due to previous experiences. Hygienist was very nice! Helped me to calm down. Very comfortable experience. I feel they are overcharging for their toothpaste and mouthwash for out of pocket costs.

Staff was considerate and concerned for my pain. But I did sit through 3 people going in front of me that checked in well after me. They were very accommodating with scheduling my follow up even though their schedule was hectic. Maybe the pain made the wait feel worse than it was, but I’m glad they got me in and have a plan to help me.

Finally a dental office where I feel better leaving than I did going in. The staff is all very professional and friendly. I'm relieved to have my smile back without horrible pain or any pain at all. The dentist explained everything she was doing while she was doing it. She and the hygienist made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I went to the office located in state college pa. The dentist was great. But I was assaulted by one of her assistants. I would say if u go there or better yet I would say don’t go to that office. It’s located on south Atherton street. I feel that she was out of line what she had done to me. And she was rude the entire time. However the remaining members of the staff there was no issues. They did a good job

We're sorry to report Aspen Dental fees and treatment are not as in the past. As a former dental assistant we can say our root planning cleaning was not done as in the past and the prices are doubled. We were charged $1500 for half our mouth cleaning. We're so disappointed and sad.
We are trying to call the number you posted and no one is responding.

There may be nothing wrong with the doctor, but she isn't the best. On my first visit, I was charged $287 they told which was not covered by my insurance. Additionally, I was told that I owe only this amount for my entire treatment, and the rest will be paid by my insurance. During my third visit, I was asked to pay $150+ for antibiotics that were not covered by my insurance. They also charged my insurance for the full amount I had already paid though financing. Insurance paid much more than they had anticipated. This is certainly double-dipping, which is truly unprofessional. First time I even had to use financing to make the remaining payment of $287. My last visit was on 03/17/2022, and we had a brief argument. I asked them to refund the extra payment for my first visit of $287 which is already paid by my insurance. But I am unsure if they will pay it back. Their greedy and unprofessional attitude has truly disappointed me.

Pretty epset, my top denture was perfect and amazing, then almost a year and a tooth broke off. They fixed it then a week later it's cracking and pushed out. Very disappointed, everyone is very nice but the quality of my denture isn't very good. Hope this time it's fixed for good 🙄
