While I've only had my first visit so far I'm so pleased with Aspen. From the office manager to the techs and finally the dentist everyone was welcoming, comforting (I get nervous on my first visit to any doctor) and most of all extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions and explaining procedures. I'm looking forward to my continuing dental journey with Aspen!

Absolutely pathetic. Had to wait more than two weeks for an appointment. Was forced to have a complete exam done for replacing a crown, and then had another charge billed for taking pictures and x-rays. Thankfully almost all of it was covered by my insurance, but this feels fraudulent. And they didn't replace the crown after all, saying it won't fit and I needed a new one at an out of pocket cost of around 350 dollars. Thankfully I gave up on them. Made an appointment at a different place, got seen immediately and the crown was placed back on. No exams, no wait nothing.

Do not go here for dentures, you will regret it!!
My dentures did not fit right from the very start. I have made probably 10 trips in the past 4 years and guess what there is nothing they can do but give me my money back. Catch, you have to go without any teeth until you save up a very large amount of money to get implants. Now keep in mind there is a 7 year warranty which I still have 3 years, they lie about warranty. This is how they scam you. Get this, I was brushing my teeth over the sink which is a slippery job, yes they broke..I had gotten the most expensive kind and guess what they were not covered under warranty.....had to pay for new ones, I Warned you this is an expensive scam

I had a great experience, I went over 2 years ago but never followed up after my fiances passing. When I finally went in, recently, I was concerned about some sensitivity etc that had been left go for a while. They were very nice in explaining everything and being sure my concerns were taken care of. I anticipated a normal dentist lecture of the importance of dental care but I was greeted with understanding on my situation and the dentists response was simply "what matters is you're here now and we can take care of it now." Very happy with my visit. Very pleasant staff. Will be happy to continue to go here.

I have always had good experiences at Aspen. Every staff member has been friendly, professional, and caring. They always answer any questions and have never tried to force any procedures on me. I really appreciate the care they take and the expert care I receive. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Very good dentist I really like Dr. Rupanagunta, she was possibly the best dentist I have ever had. Too bad she works at Aspen Dental. Let me say this place is exactly what it is: a for profit business. Buyer beware! After you have your x-rays and exam and consult, LEAVE. Get a detailed description of your treatment plan, take it home and go over it with a fine tooth comb! Then make an appointment for what you want done. They will charge you a copay for each thing you have done on one visit. For example, on day one visit 3 copays: one for x-ray and exam, one for hygienist, one to have a filling done. Just take the estimate home and check it out. Make sure you understand exactly what the charges are for. Make a list of questions, take the time to understand everything, even a "simple" cleaning. Often it would not be just a cleaning they will tell you you need a deep clean which can be hundreds of dollars.I haven't looked into the antibiotics they insert in your gums, but those are very expensive ($110 for each tooth)and dental plans don't cover this. I wonder if a regular antibiotic would help as well and be covered under medical insurance or a drug card plan? You do not need to take the toothbrush, mouthwash, toothpaste, sensitive teeth gel etc. They will tell you it is included with your cleaning, NOTHINIG is included, you will pay for everything and dental plans don't cover this stuff. If they try to give you something and you are not ready to pay $30 for toothpaste or mouthwash or $135.00 for a toothbrush, SAY,"NO"! It takes awhile to go over the treatment plan and is uncomfortable to try to do it at the desk. When you go back for treatment they expect payment for everything done that day. Make sure you get an itemized computer printout of what they are charging you for. This is important, because if you refused anything while you were there it might still be on the bill. When you look over the itemized bill ask questions! It is your right! Keep all of the estimates, treatment plans, bills, receipts and payments together. Save them for awhile incase they try to say you owe money for something you didn't have done or didn't take with you.
Aspen Dental is a FOR PROFIT BUSINESS. Just like a restaurant, salon, boutique... Be careful.✌️❤️😁

Nice friendly people but always develop a very expensive dental plan regardless of what you ask for. Scheduled a routine dental exam and cleaning. Received a ton of x-ray without being asked and a $1300 plan
for my next 4 visits. This seems to be their normal routine from other online posts.

If you have any other choice, don't go. They charge too much. I did deep cleaning, and they charged me over $1000 copay even though my insurance company paid 80%!
In some dentistry clinics, they can do deep cleaning for about the same price without insuance. I would never go to this dentistry anymore.

This was my daughters first visit, and also my first visit for a long while. Everyone we encountered was extremely pleasant, and I was definitely nervous not only to be at a new dental facility but also under new doctors. The dental hygienist we had was super with my daughter, and the entire establishment was very orderly and clean. Would reccomend an Aspen dental to anyone looking for top notch care.
