Made an appointment and Came in today. The front desk lady said I was late for my appointment but I wasn’t. I was actually early. I even called them few hours before to confirm the appointment. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this location.

My grandchild had a horrible experience there!!! This is what keeps people from coming back to the dentist, a childhood trauma goes a long way. They took them back, made the parent leave, the child is under 8! Left the child there ALONE! My grandchild began to cry, they have never been at an appt alone. Then the staff is berating them for crying! IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE CHILDREN THEN DON'T TAKE THEM AS PATIENTS!!!!!!!!! I'm the medical field we Never ever let a child come in without a parent. In truly disgusted, we'll never go back!!!

Amazing customer service. The gorgeous woman at the desk that answered all my questions has the patience of a saint. She explained everything to me and was so helpful. She made the dreaded dentist office visit an enjoyable experience. I wish I would have gotten her name cause I am in love!

Bright Now Dental is my favorite place get my dental needs done. For many years now. And for my mother and relatives. His office has the most friendly, smiling, thoughtful personal i could wish for. And it is amazing how carefully he gives shots so there is no pain. They keep us informed, so we are told when a cavity might be forming and need correcting. If i keep my teeth cleaned every 4 to 6 months, there will not be any cavities. Prices are right. And payments available. Gayle Harmon

The service was excellent! Especially Dr. Chan, is very professional and kind. My complaint is about the 10$ surcharge for the patients protection! It should be your responsibility to protect your customers anyway. Keeping everything clean, providing mask, and checking temperatures fall within the state of California protocol. At a time when people are out of work and having trouble putting food on the table to feed their families this fee is inappropriate. When so many people and companies are giving back to the people, you seem to be using this horrible time to make a profit. I think this fee should be suspended at this time, and anyone who has charged this fee deserves to be reimbursed. Thank you PS

Very friendly staff, hardly any wait time, very professional, nice, and funny dentists. It was my first time ever coming to Bright Now! Dental, and I am glad I chose this place for my dental needs. Good location and atmosphere, definitely recommend to any who are looking for a new dental provider.

Very Friendly Service. My daughter that is 9 was nervous going in but Dr. Pressutti was very kind and kept her engaged in the whole process. She walked out of there very relaxed. Office Manager Angela Rocha extremely helpful and worked with me on all options. Great Place with Great People!

Dr. Chan and his office staff are superb! I used to have the worst fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Chan really made me feel at home.
My last dental visit being 3+ years ago, I expected a major overhaul since I was having some pain in my front tooth. I didn't have a lot of extra cash lying around for expensive dental treatment, but his staff offered me payment plans at a discounted fee. I was hesitant at first, and decided to wait after learning I needed a root canal, crown and some fillings. After doing some research, and because my tooth started to hurt more, I finally gave in and decided it was time to go through a root canal or risk losing my front tooth.
Dr. Chan was very gentle, and performed the root canal like a champ. He also took a great number of photos so that my crown for my front tooth will match the rest of my teeth. He mentioned that matching a single crown would be very difficult, and for any reason if I am not satisfied, before it's glued on, I can have it redone at no charge. Luckily, my crown came back perfect and I have been pain free since.
It's rare to find a dentist that really cares about his patients and quality of dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his staff!

They are all about the money not about their clients. It's how much they can get from you. Not interested in this kinda business. They wanted over $600 for a deep cleaning which is a ridiculous amount. Thousands to repair my teeth. Do not plan on returning..... Go here only if you have that kind of money to spend. Not a good match for anyone on medicare.
