I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my examination. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford the recommendations I was given for treatment. Everyone that I was in contact with was outstanding in professionalism and courtesy. All were very knowledgeable. My visit was very comfortable and I was very impressed with the extra safety measures.

Great experience. They took care of my dental issues same day instead of having me make numerous return visits. Office staff, hygienists and dentist were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend this pace office.

My first visit in Feb 2019 was pleasant and staff was friendly; however in July 2019, I went in for a dental cleaning but the hygienist was very rough, insensitive and in a rush to clean my teeth. I did not realized at that time they were pressuring me to have a special treatment high cost. As a result I informed the front desk in person in Aug 2019 that I will no longer be a patient and I picked up my records. 2 days ago (Jan 2020). I received a late bill payment due statement. I immediately called Aspen Milton, FL to inquire why was the bill sent so late especially since I am no longer a patient as of Aug 2019. It seemed obvious nothing was updated in their records and the front desk employee could care less about my frustration and surprise to receive a bill as a Non-Patient. Unprofessional services - false publicity through the military and veteran community. I recently met other veterans and civilians very disappointed of ASPEN DENTAL Milton, FL.

These people qouted me on $2000 of dental work. I noticed their estimate included a $200 toothbrush, which really made me question their motives. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and both dentists disputed the opinion of Aspen. I've seen a dentist every 6 months for my whole life, so a huge dental estimate with tons of work needed really made me wonder about their convictions behind this huge estimate. I won't be going back.

I have a impact wisdom tooth and went in to get seen. Initial visit they said I didn't confirm the appointment so they gave the spot away. I pulled up the email and text that both were confirmed to and they said I had to confirm in office which neither said I had to do. They ended up "making room" for Me. The doctor was very pleasant and I was in and out quickly. We scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out two weeks later. I was supposed to go pick up a prescription from them for anxiety medication to take the day of the procedure. When I got there they informed me that the dentist would be out and they would have a temp doctor in. This is 3 day's before my already paid for procedure. They said he would do it but would not be giving me the nitrous oxide I was told I would be getting and paid for. They did say I could get a refund for the gas. So, day of procedure. My husband took a vacation day off work to drive me, we paid a sitter to get our daughter off the bus and stay with her until we got home. My appointment is at 2:30. We pull into the parking lot and I'm talking to my husband about what to make the kids for dinner and I get a call at 2:15. It's from the Aspen dental telling me the dentist won't take out my wisdom teeth because they are impacted. I went in to speak with the manager. She and the staff were nice enough but it doesn't make up for the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. I will be getting my money back and never returning. I hope you all think twice before giving this company your business.

Just the right price and professional courtesy needed to advance my procedurees necessary. I can't wait for my next appointment. This is to easy.

The staff is pleasantly professional yet profoundly personable. I feel very comfortable there as they we're so fun and non-judgemental I wish I would have called them first. You should.

Enjoyed a great experience at Aspen Dental. The Staff was very polite and showed a positive attitude during my visit. The equipment is very high tech and the rooms are very clean. I would recommend for any Family member to join.

I went to Sand Dollar Dentristy in Foley, Alabama. The dentist there had a bad bedside manner and he screwed everything up even my dentures. I lost 10 pounds in the first 7 days after my procedure. I went to Aspen Dental and saw Dr. Dickinson. His staff and himself are absolutely amazing! They are getting me new dentures and on the right track. I absolutely recommend them to everyone!!!
Stay away from Sand Dollar Dentristy.

UPDATE: I got my new dentures today. Dr. Dickinson, Sydney, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! I had 4 fittings today. The new dentures feel wonderful in my mouth. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me. They took the pain away that Sand Dollar Dentristy caused me.
Dr. Dickinson and his staff have been a true blessing. I thank God for people like them. I am feeling beyond blessed and so grateful right now.

I enjoyed my visit at Aspen dental because they were very gentle with me considering I had not been to a dentist in 20 years. I believe my future visits will be as personable as the first.

The staff is nice enough; its talks to many appointments to get some stuff done though.
