The lady’s in the office are supper rude and need to work on their customer service skills showed up to an appointment that I had scheduled to be told that although I have insurance I’d be paying out of network costs although no one explained that to me before I scheduled my appointment I was also told my appointment would be no cost for the first time but no all of a sudden I’m looking at $200+ just to get them looked at not even fix the problem I came in for originally super unprofessional would not waste my time

My name is Heath Cowart and I just wanted to say what a blessing it was. The staff was so awesome and professional. Very nice and they laughed at my dumb jokes lol. Everyone was amazing and the woman who took the xrays was so funny with the way she kept saying " open open ". I want to also say thank you for helping get me a better deal. I can't thank y'all enough for doing everything you could to help me. I pray I can gather up the money to fix my teeth and to get to laugh with

the staff was very friendly and courteous. told me what all was wrong, how they planned to fix it and what the next few steps were. i just wish my insurance covered with them so i didn't have to come out of pocket.
