The front desk people were very nice..The girl doing my exrays was ..Think she could see my anxiety kicking in.What I liked the most is the woman Dentist, sat there and gave me eye to eye contact, listening to my reason for being there..I really was amazed because no doctor or dentist that I can remember has ever done that. The dentist who did my exam and made my impressions was wonderful too...The whole team that was there that day, were truly amazing..Now I am praying that when I go to get my teeth pulled and I receive my dentures, that I'll be able to say this ..Praying dentures will look good..On me ,🙂☺️

They did not even clean my daughter's teeth. All they did was do ex rays and talk money in front of everyone. There was no privacy. The front desk is right behind the counselors with no partition or anything to separate from the waiting area to hear what is going on.

I’m very comfortable with Aspen Dental. My hubby and I switched to them for convenience without anyone recommending them. So glad we did.

I had a cavity in my mouth that needed a filling, but what the Dr. Dickinson did was fill in the tooth but left decay festering inside. What was once a small cavity grew into a larger one, but fortunately another dentist was able to catch it and fix the tooth properly.

It makes me wonder, was he just setting me up for a future visit for a root-canal and crown? ...

Demanding, harsh tones. Doesn't let the customer decide on their care, it's their way or no way. If you want a denture, you have to get your teeth cleaned, fillings, gum care, and unsolicited advice. They are all about money.

Updated 1/23/2018- My wife went to see a local Pensacola dentist and they could not believe this office performed this procedure on my wife. She was told there was evidence of bone loss and she needed a preventative procedure before periodontal disease set in. The local dentist found absolutely NO evidence of bone loss, and told us the dentist at Aspen was likely just performing work that wasnt necessary to meet a quota . STAY AWAY!

Be very careful of this practice (or Aspen dental in general) if you are going to have work done be absolutely sure of what your insurance will pay for. They will bill procedures in a way that they can maximize money they are allowed to bill to you, and your insurance company under their contract. My wife went in for a standard cleaning, and was told she needed preventative treatment for peridontal disease ( she is 31 years old and healthy I was very skeptical of this to begin with) magically, they could get her in that afternoon to do everything that was needed. What they didn't do was let her know that for certain procedures to be covered fully they had to be 45 days apart, but since they did them all at once they were allowed under the contract to charge their fee and bill the remainder to us. This allowed them to collect more money than would have been allowed under their contract with United Concordia. Next they put in a couple of small fillings on her back teeth. My insurance covers 80% of a filling (at the agreed amount under their contract) on back teeth if it is a silver amalgam filling. The type of filling to be used was never discussed with my wife, they just put in white fillings. Now, under the contract ( I found out later) since the dentist "upgraded" the filling from amalgam it allowed them to charge a higher than agreed upon price under their contract, and charge the remainder to the patient. So United Concordia told me under normal circumstances a white filling , under their contract with Aspen, could be $80. Since they "upgraded" the filling and could charge the difference to us....all of a sudden that filling was $180. So Aspen was able to get $50 or so from United Concordia, then charge us the remainder for each filling. I have NEVER had a dentist bill me for work like this, and I have had a lot of dental work done myself. I would suggest you find a dental practice that is locally owned and will be honest with it's patients instead of trying to wring every possible cent from them and their insurance. I was put under general anesthesia and had wisdom teeth removed, and paid about $350 out of pocket with this insurance (at a practice that billed honestly and worked with me) this procedure will end up costing $600 when it would have been half that had the practice been honest with us. STAY AWAY

Great customer service, had a painful toothache and the the staff were patient with me not rushing. Even the doctor was awesome explaining what he needed to do instead of talking big medical terms. Love this place will recommend to friends.

I had a broken wisdom tooth and came in for X-rays and was scheduled a second appointment in the same day for extraction upon request due to a cancellation but either way the employees were professional, kind, considerate, and attentive

Everyone at Aspen Dental are GREAT. Dr. Deacon was so good. He pulled two of my teeth and it did not hurt at all. All of the people in the office are sooooo nice.

They got the job done. My name was called. They did not have me verify my name and date of birth. They did not ask me if I could be pregnant. They gave me a chest and abdomen lead shield but no thyroid shield. They took multiple xrays pointed directly at my thyroid, again, I had no thyroid shield. (The thyroid is very sensitive to xrays) I then saw the hygienist who was thorough but the procedure was painful. I had come in for a cleaning but was then told I would have to reschedule for said cleaning as I required a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was extremely painful. I mentioned it several times, wincing, crying out and I even had tears. Only then did my hygienist give me anything to numb the pain. She spoke a bit in the beginning of the procedure but was silent through most of it. No music, no talking. Nothing to remotely take my mind off the pain she was causing me. Now, they were professional and courteous and no one can feel your pain but you. So, all in all I will go back but it was most uncomfortable.
