Aspen Dental

I had my consult today. I was extremly impressed. Everyone was very nice. The office was clean and they cleaned as they went. I left feeling confident about my next appointment. I will update once I have finished with my future appointments.

I went during the day of service for Veterans. I arrived a bit early. Before I could even fill out the paperwork, they brought me back for x-rays. I was told the tooth (teeth) needing extraction were difficult because of my anatomy. I was then told I would probably need oral surgery because of the situation. I had to reject because of financial reasons. The only reason I came here is because I thought they would be able to help out. Oh well. The visit was very rushed and impersonal. I do thank them for providing basic service for the veterans that physically qualified.

I contacted Aspen at the listed number and was told and area supervisor was going to contact me. Instead, I got someone from the office who left a message. I called back within 10 minutes and was told they were now out of the office.

Dr Stewart did a great job on my teeth. His Dental assistant was great also. Front desk girls were very good also.

This place sucks. The dentist you talk to in your consult might not be the dentist that does your work. They don't communicate well what is going on and what they are going to do for your future visits. I got scheduled for an appointment in pensacola, showed up, and then they told me that it was for pace instead. Definitely can tell this is a corporation and not a local dentist because they treat you better than this. I feel like I just went to walmart to get my teeth done.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I told the dental hygienist I was in pain from a missing filling in my tooth. And she stuck her metal insturment right in the nerve of the damaged tooth! Severe pain the rest of the weekend! X-rays were painful and rushed! Dirty x-ray apron? Maybe blood?? I will be reporting this to my insurance! Aspen dental should not be supported by any insurance!!

The office assistant was patient and helpful. They got my daughter a next day appointment when she was having tooth pain. Great staff and friendly environment.

Specifically the pace office. The girl who took me back visibly gritted her teeth and huffed in my face as if she hated her job while trying situate me in the x ray machine and then continued to act frustrated with me while trying to position the sensor in my mouth. All this to have to wait in the dentist chair at an hour past my appointment time which wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't already agitated from being treated like a child and finding out I would have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. What dentist office doesn't go ahead and do a cleaning while you're there for a check up?

This was, by far, the most professional and friendly dental office I have ever been to. Everyone from registration, x-ray, business manager to the Dentist were absolutely wonderful. I have already recommend friends and family. I visited the Pace, FL office.

This place is crazy, quoted my husband $9492 for a root canal & gingivitis treatment & me $400 for gingivitis treatment. Not to mention theirs like two dentist that work in the entire place and she’s super rude and didn’t even understand the concept of my permanent retainer from my previous ortho. Delusional

Well i went in to have 10 teeth pulled and i asked about the other 4 on top they said i dont see why not, well i got rescheduled for the same time the next day, my apointment was for 3:30pm i had all 14 out around 4:45pm. The staff is very friendly and will try to work with you unlike other places like airport dental.... And a few others i highly recoment Scott Dickinson and his highly trained professional team at Aspen dental on Highway 90 in Pace,fl
