Aspen Dental

I made a appointment for today for my husband to get his tooth pulled it's been hurting they told me when I made the app that they would do x-rays and etc if it's not infected they would pull it today well they said it was not infected so he asked about needing it pulled that it's been hurting they told him they not know what he's talking about that there not pulling it today and sent him home end of visit but I was told something totally diff. Not happy he had to take off from work early to go there and yet still in pain he needs it removed this is not like them especially since all of this was in his paperwork when I made the appointment

Went in the Pensacola office on airport today to have my teeth cleaned. I was so nervous and my dental hygienist Jennifer quickly put me at ease and did an amazing job. The staff at this office is amazing from the minute you walk in the door. Dr Dickinson is outstanding. When you check out you are greeted by Brian and Tim who just make it easy. Thank you Aspen Dental I actually can’t wait for my next cleaning 😁

I've been to the Pace location 3 times over the last year. Every time I've been for cleanings, fillings, etc. I've dealt with different members of the staff each time. Every single visit I've had, EVERYONE on staff is extremely friendly, funny, and professional. I hate the dentist office so much but the staff makes my visits so tolerable with the amazing environment and experience they provide. This will continue to be my dentist office of choice for the remainder of the time I reside in Santa Rosa County. OH ALSO, there was a member from the Gulf Breeze office that was filling in at the Pace office who did my cleaning. She was AMAZING as well.

Everyone at aspen dental was very friendly and positive. The dentist came up with a direct plan with my teeth to bring them back to a healthy smile. I would recommend them to anyone especially someone who is insecure about their smile.

AspenDental Pace office is amazing! The staff is friendly and professional during every encounter. Dr. Pritchett is down to earth and professional making the visit less anxious as imagined because she takes time and makes sure you are comfortable. Jessie, the hygienist is equally amazing. She makes the cleaning experience fun and less nerve racking and talks you through the cleaning process. I have had an extraction and a deep clean and left feeling like a VIP. Would definitely recommend the Pace office to those needing a dental provider! I have definitely found my permanent dentist office.

I was impressed with the Xray tech, the hygienist, and the dentist on my first visit. Everyone on the staff was nice and efficient. I have only one criticism--I was not told in advance about my insurance coverage. I have two insurance policies that cover dental procedures and was surprised that Aspen did not accept one of them although they asked me questions in two different telephone conversations prior to my appointment about the particular insurance that was not accepted. I assumed it would be the accepted insurance and it was not.

I had a great experience on Monday October 12th with my FREE consult and x-rays considering I had no insurance to file at the time. The dentist talked me through the course of treatment she has decided for me and it made me feel really good. I came to Aspen with alot of issues stemming from another dentist within the last couple of months and she helped me so much.

And then she sent me to set down with her magical office girl to give me pricing and do her magic to get me a great package price with warranties.

I start my treatment Thursday October 15th and I can't be more excited with the thought of having teeth so I can eat considering I have been on complete meal nutrition drinks using the other dentist.

Jessica, the Dental Hygienist, did a great job taking care of my teeth and gums. She explained everything she was doing, and this helps me stay comfortable and relaxed as she did her work. She has a fun personality and makes going to the Dentist easier. I have an appointment in three months to follow up with my gums, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the health of my gums will improve.

The Pace office is The Best Dental Office ever! Jennifer, the hygienist is AMAZING! She is so thorough and super caring. And for someone with high dental anxiety, she makes me feel relaxed. The whole team is great! They make you feel comfortable and like you’re part of the family.
