I admit, I don't go to the dentist as often as I should so needless to say I have high anxiety about opening my mouth for oral procedures. I explained this to the central appointment desk which unfortunately didn't seem to make to the office, so I explained to every single person in the office, starting with the receptionist. I was very nervous but everyone was just super! The Only complaint I have is that there was absolutely no dentist available for a root canal without traveling to Pensacola! Even then the dentist at that office refused to administer nitrous gas or accept me if I had taken anti-anxiety medication! Luckily, I was given a waiver for my insurance company so I can chose another provider. I have yet to see how that works out. All in all I am excited to go back, yes and still very nervous, this Monday for Dr. Artimus to apply composites on my 60 year old teeth! Cannot wait to see the results! I so hope these folks are still nice to me then as well.

We have only been in the area for 8 months and have already had to be rescheduled 4 times, myself 3 times because my dentist could not come to the office. We also scheduled our son for an appointment over 5 months ago and they called us 3 days before hand to tell us that they won't be open that day (how do you not notice this more than 3 days beforehand) and had the nerve to try and tell me they tried calling and texting which is an utter lie and want me to wait another couple months to get my son in... If I could give this place negative stars I would. All I have to say is they have completely lost my business and and I would recommend you go anywhere else other than here.

Only because I can't put negative reviews these people are horrible between pathetic customer service especially from Jasmine. insurance fraud which cost the consumer more money. Wouldn't recommend letting them touch a doll with wooden teeth much less a person

I got a set of dentures from them about a year ago,, the front tooth has came out two times in this year, and they charge $112.00 to put the tooth back in. I had my last set for 5years and NEVER did one tooth come out... how do you explain 112.00 dollars to put the tooth back in!!!!! Never again!

I took my son there because he had a broken molar with a nerve exposed because the sign and website says that they take walk-ins. They turned him away, even though he was in tears from the pain! They said it was because they didn't have a pediatric dentist on duty... Shouldn't they be prepared for any walk-in? Then I made an appointment and provided his insurance information when I made his appointment. Two weeks later, I'm halfway through filling out his paperwork when they tell me they are not in his network. But they advertise that walk-ins are welcome and they work with ALL insurance. It's a lie. They don't do either...

The whole staff is super friendly. I had Doctor Deacon, a younger dentist who clearly enjoys his work. He did some bridge work on my front teeth, it looks and feels amazing.
