A bit pricey, but then everything seems too expensive now days. It would be nice if military & seniors got a discount (yeah I’m both!). On a very plus side, the visit, & all the X-rays & panogram were free. Great job. 5* to Jessica, Jaslyn & the Doc!

The staff is friendly and great to crack jokes with. They helped me more than any dentist has in the past. The financing options are great as well along with insurance.

Called Aspen 3 years ago needing a set if dentures done and was in desperate need. Called aspen and was assured they could get me in and have me a new set within a week. Sounds great.....but it took 4 trips scheduled 1 week apart. I finally get my benture and was told that discoloration is just due to epoxy miture and the taste of fiberglass resin would go away. Took a year for it to go away and everything I called and voiced a concern, I was talked to like I was just being stupid. Then they cracked in half. I Took them back and was treated like I was being unreasonable and I must have done something to them to cause that. Well she had me there. I did put them in my mouth and chew with them. This morning they finally broke in half while eating my grits and eggs. Moral of the story. Go anywhere but aspen, or go. Just make sure to keep some super glue on hand. You will have to fix them yourself. Not all of us can afford 1200 dollars on new teeth every three years.

Let me start by saying the office staff is excellent. Very kind in every way. However, the female dentist was not. I had an agreed treatment plan that she refused to follow through with. She even went as far as to call me disrespectful towards her, for not wanting to be numbed. That was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any dentist. I will not return to this office, which I hate because the staff are so wonderful. It’s a shame that they cannot replace the female dentist with one that understands that you do not speak to a patient, the way she spoke with me. Medical professionals need to realize that they are offering a service, for which a patient is paying a lot of money for. If the patient doesn’t want a certain service, then it is the medical professionals responsibility to accommodate the request. Regardless of your credentials, your patients needs and wants come first. That’s not what I got, which made my experience a bad one with the dentist.

Very aggressive sales tactics. They constantly try to upsell you additional services that may or may not be medically necessary to run up that bill. Wife came back from a cleaning with a $250 out of pocket bill for issues and services rendered that no other dentist deemed medically necessary. Look elsewhere unless you are comfortable in saying no.

Everyone made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Dr. Greta clearly explained what I needed and made me feel better about my future. Finally looking forward to the dentist.

Awesome experience. I was explained each step of my visit and get detail breakdown of my treatment. My doctor was very thorough and gentle. I am confident that am given the best treatment plan.

I am trying to get dentures that fit. These have a serious over bite and are really painful to wear. They don't line up to chew. Need to go somewhere else that's more professional I guess

I went for broken tooth. Had comprehensive exam with state of art X-rays. However, they wanted my teeth deep cleaned ( thousands of dollars) and wait several months to fix teeth. Horrible!!! I have dental insurance which paid a lot for exam and X-rays. They office wanted $500 before I walked out of office. I got no cleaning because they said ONLY deep cleaning which mostly comes out of my pocket. And fixing teeth another $ 1000. I have good dental insurance and have had deep cleaning before. However the price tripled. They would not schedule follow up appointment without $500 that day. They care more for money not patients!

A terrific experience. Everyone from the front desk to the imagery tech, to the hygienist to the dentist were friendly, engaged, encouraging and made me feel like a valued patient. Great technology, easy transitions through stages of first visit and a clear explanation of the procedures and expense for the additional procedures. I will be recommending this branch to friends. Thanks
