Absolutely amazing every time I have gone and the staff is always super nice. I haven't wanted to smile with my teeth in many many years and after having my teeth cleaned by Jessica their dental hygienist I cried and had to give her a hug. She was absolutely phenomenal with the work she did and beyond as sweet as could be!!!

My daughter Alexis just had her very first dental appointment at Aspen Dental in Pace, Fl., and from the moment I stepped into their office until the time I left, it was a VERY pleasant experience! I myself use another dentist and have for many years, but now I am definitely switching to Aspen Dental! The dentist was EXCELLENT! The Xray technician Amanda was very sweet and made my daughter immediately feel at ease! The hygentist, Jessica was also superb! I also want to mention the financial lady and the 2 desk people who went ABOVE and beyond to help us and make it an all around perfect day! Thank you to EVERYONE in that office! We are looking forward to our next visit and the many we will be going to in the future!! 😁

I had the worst experience at aspen dental. Both of my fillings they did fell out within a month. Also, for both of my appointments I went in, and they said that I didn't have an appointment that day and didn't have time to see me. I showed them the appointment card they wrote for me both times and they were left confused as to what to do, but ultimately told me I needed to reschedule due to their mistake. Terrible service from the receptionists. One of my fillings they did is still very hot and cold sensitive after they refilled it two times! Do not go here.

I had a painful wisdom tooth coming in. They squeezed me in the morning I called, did thorough exams by the hygienist and doctor. That same afternoon they had me get a much needed cleaning and extracted the wisdom tooth! This was all done by the friendliest staff and quicker than I could ever expect. My hygienist was Jessica Grabowski, she was so comforting and friendly! She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. And I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Deacon! He engages in friendly conversation and makes you forget that you’re even at the dentist! And my tooth extraction took about 2 min and I never felt a thing! He’s amazing and I’d recommend him to EVERYONE!

I had to have my tooth pulled today, and even from when I had to go in & get xrays done, the entire staff was absolutely amazing, and so kind , & I'm extremely embarrassed about how my mouth is, Latoya, made me feel extremely comfortable, she was very very helpful & I finally feel comfortable.
To the staff that was there this morning in the PACE area, thank you so much! You 2 ladies are the best!

Every single staff member made me feel so comfortable and relieved any anxiety I had about the visit. They shared so much more knowledge than any other dentist I've seen. Only downfall was the cost of getting work done.

Basically, scam.

We went in for a cleaning, and I was told I had 4 cavities and my mother had 10 cavities. Pretty large amount of cavities, huh? We got a second opinion, and asked Aspen for their x-rays of our teeth that we paid for. We never recieved the x-rays and that second opinion? Not a single cavity in my mother's mouth. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. These people tried to charge us over $1000 to fill cavities that were never there.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental and I am so thankful to have chosen such a wonderful practice. All of the staff who took care of me today, Dr. Deacon (he was very professional and made me feel at ease, explained my tx in detail so that I could understand), Emily (was so sweet taking xrays and made me very comfortable), Jessica (who gave me an AMAZING deep cleaning and was so kind to squeeze me in to provide this service today), Robin (in finance, she was so helpful and answered all my questions regarding how to pay for my tx plan and broke it down step by step for me) and Kathleen who was such a fun spirited part of the team. I appreciate all of you for taking care of me as you did today. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Deacon and staff at the Aspen Dental location in Pace. So happy to know my dental health is in good hands 🙂

This place is a joke! When they called to reschedule our appointments my wife mentioned not to bother with another appointment as we will look for another dentist. The lady said okay great and hung up. They tried to charge us twice for the same service we already paid for too.

I had a dental emergency and they had it fixed within about an hour of my very first appt. They’re extremely thorough,professional, and put me at ease. Not easy considering the amount of pain I was in! I absolutely recommend them and making an incredibly uncomfortable situation into my most positive dental visit I’ve had in my adult life. Not even kidding guys!
