Very nice and friendly staff. The dentist was very nice and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist. Everybody was helpful from the time I came in until the time I left.

Today is the last day that I came this company. I attended Aspen Dental more that 2 years.It was the good quality and the friendly company. But last year the service became worse and worse. Today’s visit for cleaning was terrible. They didn’t make ultrasound cleaning; they used only metal instruments. Really! In what century do they live? When I came home, I discovered that tartar is still on my teeth .They cleaned only partly for full amount of money, reduce time of the visit to 10-15 minutes, and increased the price for visit. Several visits that I made before, I received full services include the ultrasound cleaning. Moreover, it this time they tried to push me to buy additional services that I didn’t want to buy ( I have no insurance; so, it's not acceptable for me ). For example, a receptionist told me that it's requirement to make x-ray and the doctor visit every year ( for an additional price) or they can't provide any service to me.Same situation with trying to sell me the additional service was six month ago ( doctor told that it required by law ), but today quality of the cleaning became the worst and sales attempts became ultimatum.

My back tooth broke in half and I called them went in to have it pulled. They were fantastic! Ended up getting another tooth pulled as well. They were so efficient, friendly, and thorough. I recommend them highly. I will be going to them from now on for all my dental needs.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I had an appointment at 11 a.m and was driving from Navarre to Pace. There was unexpected traffic, and got stuck behind a vehicle going 10 miles below the speed limit, and can’t pass because it is all construction going from Navarre to Pace. So i call over 30 minuets before my appointment to let them know I am running behind, she says okay I will let them know. I get there and walk in at 11:17 and she informs me I have to be rescheduled because i am over 15 minuets late. Mind you there is not a single person in the waiting room. So, i drove 45 minuets BOTH WAYS for an appointment that I couldn’t go into because i was 2 minuets passed there 15 minuet “late time”. Never ever going back here again!

Called on March 15/16 to get an appointment for a tooth extraction and Ashely said that there is an opening on the 20th of March at 1100. I stressed that I needed a tooth pulled. So I did accepted the appointment and I can’t wait to that day to come about. So I showed my appointment and went thru a regiments if X-rays that I’ve never experienced before. Got to the room and was told that a hygienist needed to look over my teeth/ gums and then Dr. Deacon came and started to inspect my teeth and there I sat in the usual dental position and was told that I need to have two teeth removed and a partial for my uppers. So to my disappointment I was told that they won’t be extracting my loose and painful tooth!!!!! Do I was needless to say very very upset that my blood pressure was rising. Very disappointed and Upset that I wasted my time. Especially after I had canceled a previous appointment with my own dentist for April 9th. Now I have to wait till the 29th of MAY to be seen for extraction so now you know how I feel about Aspen experience!!!! Well it is what it is to endure more pain hopefully the antibiotics ( thanks Doc for the script) will help ease the pain. So for now it’s back to eating soup. Bottom line is that all I wanted was an extraction of one cracked and painfully tooth.

Pleasant; appointment time was slightly delayed; courteous staff, professional, and attractive environment. Cost above average, even after insurance. Would encourage more open communication of what services will be provided prior to delivery so that customer can decide if they wish to have those services done.

The Dentist was very friendly and professional. The woman that goes over your insurance and your bill is very confusing that she almost gets upset if you don't understand her so you better listen close the first time! lol! I ended up paying $130 for a new electric toothbrush that I thought was part of the cleaning procedure so I felt a little aggravated that I wasn't explained that the new equipment was not a freebie for this $1,200 deep cleaning they performed. BTW is seems like anyone that hasn't had a cleaning in the last year they recommend this deep cleaning so BEWARE! They told two of my friends the same thing and they both take really good care of their teeth like myself. Seems to be they are pushing this deep cleaning to make up for cheap x-rays and free initial exam. Two stars is just for the dentist.

My husband, and, I had appointments for cleanings today. When we arrived, my husband was signing his paperwork, and, inquired why there was a several hundred dollar payment. He was told he was scheduled for procedures to treat gingivitis. He said he was of the understanding that he was scheduled for routine cleaning. The hygienist was called to explain the procedures. The hygienist told my husband he needed these procedures. I told the hygienist that I was with my husband during his appointment, and, no one mentioned having these procedures. She stated he would not have been scheduled for them if they were not necessary. When questioned why we were not notified, we were simply told we had been. We decided to leave the office at that time. As we were leaving the hygienist called after us "This isn't Burger King. You can't have it your way." I would never recommend this clinic.

I have to chuckle about another review. I was going to compare Aspen Dental as the difference between going to a Cost Cutters for a haircut and Salon but I do like the comment that it's like going to Walmart to get your teeth fixed. Just not the right atmosphere and I get the impression that no one that works there is really happy working there.

The xray process was brutal and left my mouth sore all day. 2 temporary fillings cracked and broke apart the day after they were put in. I've called in for information and was told I'd receive a call back but that never happens.

Once the current procedures are finished with Aspen, I will never return. The search for a good dentist is on!

Dr. Dickerson was clean, crisp and efficient in his work. He did an excellent job and is very patient, professional and kind. I highly recommend his dentistry. He is a special talent for the Pace area.
