Do not go here. Overpriced and unprofessional. I went for a filling that needed attending asap paid for a cleaning. They filling was supposed to take place 2 weeks later. They called to confirm twice before the date. The day before they called and I missed at work. Then I show up the next day for the appointment and the office was closed. Other offices say they cannot speak for the office that did this. No one to speak with to verbalize my complaint.

Great experience with nice, friendly staff.

Jasmine did a great job checking us in and was attentive and friendly to my son who was a bit nervous.

Doctor P was fantastic with my son who was there to have a tooth pulled. She kept him occupied and in a good mood leading up to the procedure.

The dental assistant was on point with the check out materials needed like gauze and post treatment notes.

Overall, a fantastic experience with the whole staff there. Everybody was very kid friendly and very professional.

I'm not happy with Aspen dental. When they did my dentures they dudnt wait the 3-6 months before fitting me for mine. Thet did the mold with my teeth In. I got them In 2019. My dentures dont for right they hurt my mouth. I did go back but there was never resolved. So when I got fitted for my permit dentures they did the mold with my temporary dentures In. I still had problems. So when covid hit I had a problem when one of the teeth fell out of the denture. I called Aspen dental they told me it was not a emergency . I thought really. So now I dont wear them. They dont fit right.

Very impressed with the staff and Dr Chandler! They got me into a last minute appointment to help figure out and take care of some pain I had in a tooth. Professional, courteous, and tries very hard to be transparent about what happens and when. Highly recommend.

I actually have friends that work here and the staff is nice. This location was great when I first went years ago but has slowly gotten worse over time. The thing that has made it impossible for me to ever go back is the last three appointments the staff will call or send a message everyday one week before your appointment to confirm your appointment and no matter how many times you tell them they are going to say it’s not in their computer system and they need to confirm it again?!?! This time they cancelled my appointment even though I confirmed it multiple times which is not just annoying but is a waste of my time from all the calls and the time I wasted to drive to their establishment to find out it was cancelled. I really hope they can get there systems fixed and make their customers experience better in the future.

This Aspen Dental office was recommended by my insurance company. I made appointments for my husband and I for six month checkups and cleanings. We did not receive checkups or cleanings. My husband had the first appointment. He waited 45 minutes to be seen. Then he was informed that this appointment was only for "evaluation" and that there would be no cleaning or checkup. The "evaluation" involved them trying to sell him a bunch of dental services that he neither wanted nor needed. It was blatantly obvious that Aspen Dental is all about the money. After seeing how his appointment went and as I had been waiting 35 minutes for my turn, I chose not to keep my appointment. Don't need sales pitches at the dentist. Won't be back.

For many, many years, I have been terrified of dentists. My siblings and I had very poor experiences with the dental profession growing up and I have carried that fear into adulthood. Necessity forced me to finally use my dental insurance (after paying for it for years) and make an appointment at Aspen Dental. I have months to go before my program is completed, but after my initial visit the other day, I have hope that I will never be foolishly afraid again. Thanks to all of you at Aspen Dental in Milton/Pace, I have hope of a beautiful smile again.

I had a pretty good experience and thought I had found a nice, good dentist, BUT my 19 year old son did not. He is a person that is very particular about his teeth and takes good care of them and due to the pandemic we were both way behind on our cleanings. He had an 11 am appointment today (which was very hard to coordinate with him going to college and working). And on top of that his vehicle is in the shop so we made special arrangements for him to use my truck. I had to get a ride to work and home from Pensacola. He gets there today and said his appointment had been canceled because he didn’t call back and confirm with their reminder call. I was just there last Wednesday and told them he would be there. I got that same reminder and it did not say if you don’t call back, your appointment will be cancelled. I work in a doctors office and if we cancelled every appointment that the patient didn’t call back to confirm, we wouldn’t have a practice. So much for using Aspen as our new dentist. I don’t think I could pay him to ever go back there. I did call to complain and was left on hold so I had to hang up.
