Staff is very friendly and doctors do their best to make you comfortable. I was very nervous until the procedure started. Then I relaxed. Best dentist I've ever been to. Thanks dr dickenson

Horrible bedside manner. I called the night before and made an appointment for an extraction, to which they said, no problem! I said, so it will be extracted tomorrow? They said yes. I went there for my appointment, only to face a bunch of sales people. You need this, you need this, we're going to fix you up with this. No. I want an extraction. Just one. The dentist was rude, told me he needed to pull four teeth instead of one, also I needed a root canal, and two sets of cleanings! I have a dentist already, he is very good with my teeth. He just cannot do extractions. Once I told the Aspen dentist that I didn't want all of that, he said there was nothing he could do for me. Then they tried to charge my insurance company $800.00 for a service they didn't even provide! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

all staff were friendly and informative.dental office appearance was excellent. all staff practiced correct infection control precautions. all my questions were answered and financial info was explained before any work was done. Also I felt the decision for care was collaborative between the dentist and myself. Thank you Milton dental office staff! Great job!

After waiting close to 45 days for my dental appointment, I receive an email 4 days before my appointment asking me to confirm my appointment of 10am. After I Confirmed, I received a confirmation email for my confirmation. Hopeful thinking, I thought actually picked a professional company who was on top of things. WRONG! I receive a phone call at 4 pm and 545 pm,the evening before!, while I am at work, and am left with two voicemails stating that they received my email confirmation. However they needed a verbal confirmation by 530 pm,again evening before . Well I call the number as requested at 609pm hoping to confirm it and not be called out on being on my phone at work. No luck. Called again at opening, same day of appointment 8am, was told my slot was filled, and I could reschedule for a month out! Unacceptable, unprofessional, and frustrating. If this business model is reflective of the practice I would run for the hills or at least any other practice!

Went in for the free exam and xrays. Great service even with semi painful xrays. I understand it's hard to xray the mouth. I was able to get in for a cleaning directly after and used a coupon I received in the mail since I don't have dental insurance. They made me feel less worried about not having much money and I felt like my business was appreciated. I cant wait for my 6 month cleaning!

The staff is amazing everytime I go in. I went in for a cleaning and Jessica did a great job as always, she makes you feel at ease even though you are at the dentist office. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience with Aspen Dental. I got a same day appointment with great service. Dentist was very knowledgeable. He visited with me and informed me of the problems with my daughter's teeth. The dentist offend solutions and informed me how much the fillings would cost. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am very pleased at the moment with the professional approach by the entire staff i received at Aspen Dental Center, from consultation to recieving my dentures , never felt uncomfortable everything explained and no surprises.

Called to check on appointment, got appt. for next day. All workers were professional and made me feel as if I had been a long time patient. All work was performed in a timely manner. Already have another appointment. Thanks for the good service.
