Dr Scott Dickinson is by far the worst DMD ever this guy does sloppy work and drills into teeth with no decay, BEWARE OF SCOTT DICKINSON THIS GUY DOeS NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING . I started going to Aspen Dental in Pace about four years ago. Last year I got a filling done on my back tooth. Afterwards I was told that my tooth has a crack in it and that I'd eventually need a crown. Fast forward to this year 2021. I went to Aspen Dental to have same tooth prepared for crown on April 5th. I was given the numbing agent. Then the drilling/sawing began. Everything was going well then I winced in pain when it got to a certain area. The dentist (Managing Clinical Director) stopped and gave me more of the numbing agent. The same thing happened again. The dentist stopped and gave me more. By this time the left side of my tongue, gum, jawline, chin, and lip were completely numb. The pain happened AGAIN while the dentist sawed my tooth down. She stopped then started back, but did not offer any more numbing agent. She didn't offer a stronger kind either. I was made to feel like I should just endure the pain.
It's awful because I truly enjoyed going there and enjoyed the people there too. I just don't understand why I had to feel so much PAIN during this visit with Aspen Dental. The dentist even stated that she had another person whose tooth was doing the same thing. I don't know the name of the numbing agent that was used on me or the other patient, but it DID NOT work. Afterwards, my jaw was very sore and gum seemed like it was scraped. Management need to look into this for patients because these procedures are costly and don't have to be painful.
My mouth wasn't even in pain during/after a root canal which was done at Pensacola Center for Endodontics on another tooth. And they too sawed down my tooth so Aspen Dental could place a crown on it. I'm not sure why Aspen Dental did not refer me there again for crown prep. I don't feel like I was taken care of properly during that crown prep visit at Aspen Dental.

I do not wish to speak with anyone on the Patient Satisfaction team nor would I like to be contacted by anyone from the Aspen Dental office. Please just take care of others in the future.

I have always had a great experience at ASPEN DENTAL. I am a dental patient at the Pace Office. Everyone is always Courteous and very Professional. The Dentist, Dr. Pritchett is Amazing. Both my husband and I have been so happy with ASPEN DENTAL. IF Anyone is shopping for that PERFECT SMILE, I highly recommend

Best Customer service i have ever experienced at a doctor's office Ever! All praise go to the staff who are Very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. My tech was AMAZING!!! I felt like I was at home. They are so far ahead of times when it comes to the technology they have to provide the services they offer which are a lot. When I didn't know what a service was they even gave me a tablet and I watched a video that broke down everything the service was the Dentist was recommending me and even after watching the short video she came back and explained in more detail about what I had watched in the video.. inserts Mind Blown emoji like who does that around here.. Aspen Dental does! I would Definitely recommend their dental services to anyone looking for Top notch customer service and an inviting atmosphere. I came I’m fearful and she did nothing but sooth me and made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a dentist office! EVERYONE was amazing! I went in for. Free exam and X-ray!
Turned right around and set up a months worth of appointments! Hats off to aspen dental in pace !!

I went in on a time line to have some work before the year was up and my insurance ended . Was given a couple different options . So I chose the option they thought was best for me . Went in had a impression made and deep cleaning preparing for a upper and lower partial along with some extractions . My E day arrived and they had sure I was comfortable extracted the teeth and gave me a temp healing partial . Little did I know at the time they didn't fit right they move up and down and I cant close my mouth and . So I go back the next day for a follow up . Told them about my problem I have to wait till the 14th to have another partial impression done . And then wait up to 2 and half more weeks for another healing partial im really starting to question if this was the right choice for me .

I had a very pleasant experience. I am a coward when it comes to the dentist because of previous bad experiences with other dentist. they understood my fear and was very patient with me. the dentist would stop and not proceed until I was comfortable. I think the office staff is very kind and professional. I don't have any complaints. I love the male and female dentist.

I have used Aspen dental for years, but this last time I went, just needing my yearly exam and cleaning I was persuaded to spend over $7000 for dental care including braces (I am 64 years old and I’ve always had great teeth) Three month check ups for periodontal disease prevention, Fluoride treatments, the list goes on. I know Covid has hurt a lot of businesses, but please don’t try to recoup on my account. I will be switching Dentists as of today. The people have always been friendly though, and that has kept me going back. I just can’t afford the friendliness any longer.

Thank you to the entire Aspen Dental team for a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I have no reservations recommending this team to take care of your dental needs. Thank you for keeping me safe and healthy!

Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, hygienist, dentist, and office manager were very helpful in assisting me thru the process of my plan of treatment. Professionalism at its Best. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Pace, FLA.
