I had my new patient exam yesterday for dentures, and I was treated with kindness all around. I’ve always had a phobia of the dentist however the staff in the PACE office did an awesome job of making me both welcome and comfortable. They also are professional, knowledgeable, understanding and and extremely thorough. Definitely found my permanent dentist and am so excited for my upcoming dental treatment plan. They are helping me to get the smile I’ve always wanted!

Nice staff but paying 3300, for teeth that didn't fit, wanted my money back, so they tried making another pair they don't fit either, still a year later, I called no return call from the manager.. I WENT BACK TO MY 7 YEAR PAIR THAY FIR BETTER THAN THESE FROM ASPEN DENTAL. teeth fall can't even glue them to stay.. VERY DISSATISFIED IN THEIR PRODUCT AND TRYING TO WORK WITH ME.. GETTING A LAWYER

Fantastic experience! Had all my wisdom teeth done yesterday and the staff made the whole process from financing to the actual procedure easy peasy! Highly recommend! I have terrible anxiety for dental work and everyone was super friendly and created a very comfortable vibe that helped me stay calm. Will only go to Aspen in the future! Very positive experience:)

Horrible experience. My husband went here 2 years ago for a service and paid $200 and went on his way.
Went back a week ago and was turned away while in terrible pain. They canceled his appointment because THEY called the wrong number to confirm - despite being given the correct one upon scheduling. Rescheduled, went to be examined and wanted to charge $400 for the exact same service (same tooth, different side of the mouth) with no explanation as to why the price doubled.
Also, SEVERAL thousand dollars in other work. He felt pressured and was absolutely fuming at the nonexistent customer service at this place.
Don't bother with the price list on their website - it is irrelevant to what they will charge you.
He works night shift. It's so difficult for him to mess up his sleep schedule and they managed to do it twice in one week for absolutely no reason. Walked out with nothing except wasted time. We will find somewhere else with a little decency and concern for their patients.

I went to Aspen to get new dentures because mine got broken. The staff was very friendly but I have been without dentures for about 7-8 weeks. I went to finally pick them up and they are terrible!! They need adjustments which is fine but I paid for supposedly the best dentures but the top dentures are terrible. There is way to much gum like material and look aweful!! I am hoping they work with me to get them right but can’t get in until like the 31st. If I can get my money back I will. I have never been to a dental office that doesn’t care if you have NO teeth in your mouth. I won’t recommend this office to anyone!! As much as they cost, they should be better than I got!!!

The staff was amazing. Each person that cared for me that day was so friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy that I chose to come here. They made a comprehensive care plan for my dental needs and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be bringing the rest of my family here.

Pensacola's Aspen Dental office was great! Beginning at the front door, the receptionist was polite, professional, and knowledgable, the techs who did the x-rays were very skilled and efficient, the dentist was personable and professional, the office manager was beyond helpful during the checkout process. The whole staff seemed to be very unified as one team, working towards one goal. Would highly recommend!
