Aspen Dental is great. I had a hole in my wisdom tooth and they were able to get me an assessment and Extraction appointment within the same day. Everyone there is so professional, thorough, and detailed. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend.

I must admit I was a little apprehensive about going to a “chain” dental establishment but decided I needed to give it a try. I was very pleased with everyone at the facility. From the receptionist to the x-ray tech, the dental hygienist and finally the dentist I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Everything I need to have done was explained in detail and I was given ample time to ask questions. I really don’t think I could have been treated any better.

Constantly rescheduling appointments and pushing them out further and further till it has been almost a year since the last appointment. Last week we were not aware of the cancellation until we were met at the locked door. 4 days later I received a text for another reschedule for a different child and both canceled appointments were moved further into the next year. This is ridiculous and when I asked her to cancel all appointments, she said “OK ma’am” then hung up. Never ever will we step foot in Aspen Dental nor will I ever recommend them. If I could give zero stars, I would.

First time at Aspen Dental at the Pace location and I was impressed. I needed an extraction done and they were very helpful in getting me the help that I needed. The staff was courteous and friendly. It’s always a scary experience going to the dentist for me and they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Deacon was fantastic was great at keeping me informed on what he was about to do. He had a great playlist of songs to boot.

I woke up today with an abscess tooth and my face swollen. They fit me in as an emergency walk-in. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They did my X-ray and had me in a chair in a very timely manner. They made sure I was comfortable and removed the bothersome broken tooth. It was so much faster than I anticipated. Those ladies are amazing from the receptionist ,to the assistants ,to the Doctor and of course Jasmine, they all make you feel well cared for. I will definitely be returning to the Pace office for future work ...I wish I could leave 10 ⭐️
