I've been a patient for many yrs and I love this staff! I'm always approached with a caring attitude, and Dr. Sunny Allen treats me like a big sister... firm when she needs to be, but very understanding of my concerns. My treatment plan for the know extensive (and expensive) work was broken down in fine detail to put my financial fears to rest. This team is truly a well-oiled machine!

Most horrible and painful dental experience. Sunni Allen DDS applied a permanent bridge in my mouth without any anesthesia. Her rough and forceful approach was so painful I cried pushing back from her as she pressed the bridge in my mouth. She never asked if I was ok. I asked why she didn’t give me anesthesia she stated “a needle would have hurt too”. Leaving me quickly after to assist another patient in the next room. Only asking if I knew how to floss under the bridge. It was challenging driving myself home in excruciating pain. Taking pain medicine after I got home. Pain continues now even a month after this most painful experience. I have Pain when trying to brush or floss my teeth still taking pain Meds. Even eating and drinking is a challenge. The worst dental experience and the most insensitive & unprofessional dentist Sunni Allen.

I've been a patient of Neibauer since 2005. Dr. Allen is phenomenal. She's very knowledgeable in her field as well as personable. Dr. Allen, April and Nelly and all other staff make me feel welcome and comfortable every time I visit.

This is the absolute best dental practice I have ever visited. The staff are friendly and personable. Dr. Ahmed Borary is so competent and gentle he makes you feel very comfortable. Under his care I rarely have any dental issues.

The office was very neat and clean. I didn’t have to wait to go back. The front desk staff and dental assistants were very pleasant and professional. Dr. Boraey was awesome! He was very professional, checked frequently to made sure that I wasn’t in any pain and when I was, he numbed me right on up. The color of my crown matches perfectly and the fit is so good, I can’t tell that it’s there. This was a pleasant experience and I recommend Dr. Boraey and his team. -L. Brady

I really love going there. The staff is very professional and polite. Any questions you may have are answered before your treatment starts and before you leave. In my opinion the are 100% better than Dental One. I will never to there again now that I go to Neibauer.

I now live in Silver Spring, MD but I still come to the office in Waldorf because of April my hygienist, Dr Allen, and Dr. Ghosh. I feel like these are my girlfriends, as they are kind, warm-hearted, and always going that extra mile. Because of them and team here, I don't mind going to the dentist, as I was never a fan before.

The dentists were very detailed describing a filling procedure my 12-year old received. I was a bit nervous about the possibility of him having to be numbed for the procedure, but they assured me there was no need for it. Sure enough, the tooth was slightly drilled, my son was fine and they were done in under ten minutes! We've received services from Neibauer in Waldorf for the past seven/eight years and have never been disappointed!
