Profesional. Clean. Thorough.
Donna was so gentle that I barely felt the cleaning. She was also very kind, and thoughtful. An issue was attended to swiftly by the dentist. It was the best Neibauer experience to date.

The checkin process was expedited given the ability to fill all forms out online via the phone. The facility is spacious and super clean. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They have a 3D teeth scanner that is a great way to see your teeth as they see them. I would recommend this location to others.

I was a little hesitant about my appointment yesterday due to Covid but I was pleased with the way everything was being wiped down and items were covered with plastic. My hygienist was Shelly who was truly amazing. She had quite a bit of work to do due to my not having anything done for over a year. She went beyond what I have ever had in any dental service. Thank you Shelly and the rest of the Neibauer team.

worst dental experience ever had they wer all about taking your money charges way higher than average dentist i was charge 3500 to a cap on front tooth they bill my insurance and bill me for same amount they got paid twice been trying to reach them no return phone calls cannon clear it up and learn they ruin my credit advise to other clients be ware of high charges hope no one ever experience what i did terrible service

Very professional and courteous service from check-in to check-out. I appreciated how each part of the appointment was explained in detail and time was taken for questions I had. While everyone was busy I didn’t feel as if I was being rushed through as another number. My Hygienist - Valerie - was super! She was friendly and easy to speak with about my concerns. I found her to be thoughtful in the treatment options she presented as well as during the procedures.

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had, and after going here for 5+ years it’s always consistently great. April did my deep cleaning and some how made a tedious procedure completely exceptional. Her energy was outstanding and she somehow made me laugh while on the journey to fix my mouth. Amazing.
