I had a horrible experience at the Neibauer Dental Clinic today. April was my Dental Tech. She seemed to be in a rush doing my teeth. She was rough with my gums and my teeth. She was not caring or compassionate while doing my teeth. It was the worst experience I've had at any dental clinic. I'm not sure I will return.

I’m a big fan of Neibauer Dental. From Bria, who brought me back to the exam room, to April who cleaned my teeth and got me squared away, to Dr Ghosh who reviewed and set my treatment plan I’m motion, every person I encountered was kind, friendly, personable, and professional.
Ask April about Sea Glass. You won’t be disappointed!

I specifically went to this particular office because when I called they said they were having a special for $59 which included cleaning and xrays. Once I was ready to leave they ended up charging $110 because they “added flouride” and didn’t mention any extra costs until it was time to pay. I felt like the whole special was really a scam just to get you into their office. I didn’t appreciate how they did that seeing as I only budgeted for the $59. The care was fine but I’d rather go to an office that is honest and upfront from the beginning.
