From my check in to my new orthodontist Dr. Allen- this is one of the best dental teams I have had. Every one was nice, understanding, and patient. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed talking with both the dental assistant and the dentist. I am glad I found this team :)

Dr. Prita Gosh is the best. She is patient, personable, and makes you feel comfortable to be having someone drilling in your mouth, sticking needles in your jaw, and pulling your teeth, no kidding! All the things that I dislike about going to the dentist is made better by the care delivered by Dr. Gosh. You should make an appointment!

Assistance started out customer friendly and then it seemed like it was a bother...Today was a better interaction, but I really like Dr. Gosh and Hygienist April, in part why the office received a 4 star rating from me. The company needs to accept more secondary insurances to assist in providing the best possible care for its patients.

My experience at Neibauer Dental was wonderful!! The staff was very nice and receptive to my needs - I appreciated their courtesy and they always take extremely good care of me. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dentists and Hygienists are very good! Take the time to explain needed care and answer any patient questions. Billing department seems to work hard but coordination of benefits is poor on their best day. For a post install they provided a cost of the care prior to treatment. Found out later that this was only for the extraction and cleaning of the area and that the build-up, manufacture, and installation of the post was a totally new charge not explained or shown during the first visit. Took 5 phone calls, 3 non-appointment trips to the office, and 10 months to resolve billing issues and correct filing of documents for a single post install. Would look over my statements and billing prior to paying and compare the charges verse the allowable charges in my dental plans. Overall, recommend Neibauer Dental Care simply because of the good level of care, but look at your bill closely and make sure you ask what is the total cost of the treatment from start to finish before signing anything.

I arrived at 7:15am. My appointment was at 7:33am. I was in the chair until 7:48am. I was irritated because a young lady came in at 7:16am and they told her they couldn’t see her. But yet the patients can be left waiting or in back unattended for unlimited amounts of time. And due to me not being seen promptly.::I missed my last bus to work by 3 minutes. The dental service was GREAT...but the timeliness and communication could’ve been a lot better.

I love my hygienist, April. Very thorough, personable and informative. Doctor Allen is great. She really knows her stuff. As a person with a phobia of dentist, she makes me feel very comfortable.
