I used to shutter when I had to go to the dentist before I started to go Neibauer Dental in Waldorf, MD. Now I know I will be taken care of by professionals who really do care and make you as comfortable as possible.

I appreciate the professionalism and services provided. However, I wish they would return any credits/refunds without the patient having to ask. Patients need their money much more than Neibauer needs it. They're making interest off of our refunds. At the very least, just as they can send a bill for what we may owe, then ask us what we would like done with the money that's owed to the patient. Hence my reason for only 4 stars.

My experience today at Neibauer Dental Care with Dr. Allen was exceptional. She really made me feel comfortable. Her calmness made me really feel confident. Having a dental procedure done during Covid 19 really had me nervous but they took all the right precautions and I was grateful for it. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Allen in the future. She is AMAZING!!!!

Been going there for the past 10 years. Dona is the best. She keeps you engaged till your cleaning is over. The place is always nice and clean. Friendly staff too. Wish they do a reminder call on day of appointment. Almost missed it. Overall his place is highly recommended.

I go to neibauer for 10 yrs now staff are nice and professional price wise Its reasonable specially if you have insurance. Regarding the service Its excellent! I will not go any other dental office.

I had my teeth cleaned by Shelly! She was AMAZING! And Dr Allen did my exam and she was delightful as usual! The office was definitely clean and sanitized and they also took EXTRA STEPS and precautions to make sure there was no cross contamination.
