Neibauer Dental Care

I’ve been going to this location for over 6 years now and I’ve always had wonderful experiences with the dental team and Dr Allen is my favorite. However, given the fact that my last 2 appointments I had were cancelled and I was never notified has me looking to go elsewhere. Since when are patients not notified when their appointments are cancelled and that is the norm? It’s completely unprofessional and what’s even more unprofessional to me is staff that answer the phones and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience and act like your an inconvenience for calling. While I will miss the dental staff, I won’t miss the inconvenience they cost me on 2 occasions and the way they treat a prior loyal patient.

First class service! The reception is very attentive and helped me with an insurance issue in a jiffy! The staff today: April, Dr.Bray, Dr. Boraey, Dr. Gosh, Dr.Allen and front desk and April’s assistant were very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Routine cleaning was great! Looking forward to my next check-up.

The staff is amazing! I actually don’t mind going to the dentist now! So professional and clean, I’m a Nurse and feel very comfortable going into the office knowing they are following the proper guidelines for COVID-19. You won’t be disappointed, I promise!

Nothing but issues after Dr. Johnson gave me fill-ins. My bite was off, one of my fill-ins fell out 12 months later and I have a huge gap between my teeth that constantly gets food stuck in the back. ( That never u occurred before)... When I contacted her, she said that the office was responsible to fix the fill-in that fell out and not her because she moved! :/
Thankfully Dr. Gosh and Danae fixed it for me! Lastly, ask for the cost of EVERYTHING up front.

They squeezed me in for a cleaning because other location was busy & Val who was the hygienist was awesome!

IMy check up was excellent! Both dental hygienists did an excellent job! However, the front desk/administration department needs some improvement! For example, earlier last week, I spoke with a supervisor concerning some unprofessional behavior I experienced from her staff in the past, and to also confirm my appointment with my primary dental care provider. So explain why when I arrived at the appointed place and time, one of the hygienists informed me that my doctor would not be present to see me? You would think that someone in positional authority would have found it rather important to communicate that to a patient! Unacceptable! So much for paying careful attention!

Neibauer Dental Care is a caring professional Dental Center. The always ensure my Dental health is taken care of and they ensure I stay healthy. I would recommend to Family and Friends for any Dental needs. Outstanding Service! G. Coleman

Simply the BEST!
Trust me. I ventured out and went to another dentist office, under the neibauer umbrella, who performed a root canal. The temporary crown came off two days later.
When I went back to the office, in person. I was told to call back.😮 mind you I have a loose crown in my mouth. Then I was told the office was booked up.
I called this office and they told me to come right over🙏🏾. Amazing because I’m in pain and just need the crown glued back on.

The person who answered the phone was quick, knowledgeable and compassionate.

The staff and providers really care about their patients and even us back sliders🤣

I just moved to this area from New Jersey, and received a promo in the mail,
cleaning x-rays $59. I followed up and received all it promoted. The staff is
friendly and treat you like they want your business. I needed work, and with
no dental insurance I bought a plan for $59. which gave me some discounts.
So far, so good, but don't let them nickel and dime you. I did not agree with
the extra charge of an x-ray which I thought should have been included in
$1400. I' m paying. Dr. Allen and assistant all good, did not hurt at all. I'm planning to have all work completed here . Yes, they get a 10! Know that
the dental plan only covers their office. There are other plans.

Everyone was very friendly. My hygienist, Cat, was extremely friendly and explained everything that she did. I liked how she truly cared about how I was feeling and if I was comfortable. I liked the office - it was clean and modern, a far cry from where I came from. I will definitely be making them my new dentist.
