First time in this office. I was able to get all of my
New patient forms offline the day before, so when I showed up I was ready to go. I waited for a total of 4 minutes before I was called back. Everyone from the first person I saw when I walked in, to the last was impeccable, friendly and happy. So glad I chose this office!

I LOVE Neibauer Dental Care and Karen is my favorite Hygienist! They take really good care of my family's teeth. The entire staff is caring and courteous. My 3yr old started going to Neibauer within the last year and she loves it there. I was nervous about her first appointment because doctors (or what she equates to a doctor) create instant tears. But not at Neibauer. Her first appoint was amazing and she came home excited to share the details with me. I would recommend the dentist to everyone.

This place is very professional.Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. No one loves the dentist but at Neibauer the staff and doctors always make you feel comfortable and make’s sure you are well taken care of. I’m always happy when I leave. Definitely recommend.

Everyone was wonderful. The kids where happy we got in and out before our appointment time. Val was so encouraging to the kids. You can tell she truly loves her job. She is So empathic and compassionate.

The office itself is very nice and the people are great and courteous. However, the WAIT was outrageous. I arrived slightly early for my appointment and still wasn't called back until 40 minutes later. Once I was taken back, I had xrays taken and was deposited in a room to wait for a doctor to look at my xrays. No one came to see me until an additional 40 minutes had passed. Let me be clear, this appointment was for evaluation only, NO TREATMENT AT ALL and I didn't leave there until almost two hours later. That is unacceptable. If they could get the wait issue under control, they would be a five star office for sure.

Staff is ALWAYS professional from the time I walk through the door, until the time I am checking out. Very clean facility. Jackie was gentle and amazing. The young lady who took my x-rays, I believe her name was Whitney, she was quick and precise. This is a great practice, it’s like the Chick-fil-a of dentistry!!

So disappointed in my experience today. Came in for my 3 pm appointment and the time is now 5:11 pm and still haven’t been seen. Was told by the front desk staff that the reason was because of Tina, who apparently is a manager here. Funny how a manager can’t even get scheduling right, but knows how to waste peoples time. I’ve been coming here for 6 years but will never return and advise no one come here as a new patient to avoid the incompetent staff. Not sure what kind of business has paying patients waiting 2+ hours for a SCHEDULED appointment that I booked over a month in advance. Do your job better, Tina. Practice attention to detail and learn how to not waste people’s time and money.

Do not come here for your dental care. I went there just because they are close to my job, and I accept PAY MORE just not to drive further.
But even I agreed to pay them more for $290 just for regular cleaning, they then send a bill for “pre-orthodontic treatment exam” that I never received for $428. They introduced the services and I said “no”, they still put it on the bill. But they did not tell me to pay it when I checked out, they send the bill later.
I wish I don’t need to come back but I have to come to handle this bill with them. Also I will ask for refund of bad job cleaning my teeth because I went at the last minute and the technician rushed to finish. At that moment I didn’t want to be difficult because I knew everybody were tired for long day working. I just decided never come back. Now I didn’t have other choice to come back and I will ask for my money back $290 for paying what I didn’t not receive good service. Then they have to explain why they tried to make money in dirty ways by charging for services they didn’t provide.
