I love love my dentist, cleaning specialist financial specialist, front desk administrative staff They are uniquely gifted in all areas of support. Dr. Brewster is a superior dentist. All of the staff are very pleasant helpful greatest people. I am so fortunate to have them in my life/ They are best-est and if I could would rate them a 10 stars. Dr. Brewster tackled my need, he is a gifted dentist.

There was a bit of a wait about 15 mins. But service definitely exceeded the waiting time. Everyone was polite and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They worked hard to assist me and get me an appointment with all the pain I was experiencing. They got me an appointment and dealt with my insurance flawlessly. The doctor was great which I rarely say about doctors. Overall a great experience.

My family and I’ve been going to Neibauer in Waldorf, MD since 2005. They are clean, very professional, and are always easy to reach to make an appointment. I would recommend Neibauer to anyone looking for a great dentist to go to for you or your family.

Great accommodating me with premeds at the office. They forgot to give me a prescription of antibiotics before the appointment, but made up for the mistake

I called about a painful tooth & my dentist, Sunny Allen was able to see me in less than 30 minutes. And scheduled me to get the necessary work done, the next business day. I would highly recommend Neibauer Dental.

The staff here are awesome. Dr Johnson (yes the actual dr) has called and checked on me a couple times to see how I was recovering from my wisdom tooth extraction because the procedure was a little rough. Everytime I walk in there I am greeted with smiles and laughter. They make you feel at ease because nobody likes going to the dentist office but I must say I dont mind going there. I am truly grateful for them and I appreciate the staff being concerned about me. They are the best❤❤

i appreciate my new doctor, Dr Goesh, and her Assistant, Michelle; however, yesterday I arrived 20 minutes early for my 3:00 appointment and did not get called back until 3:15 and advised it was due to emergencies. I had to wait until 4:15 in the chair to continue with my procedure. I know it wasn’t their fault but I am taking off work and have to use my leave to waste sitting in the chair for an hour. Need to do better.

I’m 33 and this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The BEST dentist. Dr Ghosh is an amazing dentist. I love how she explains everything and talks through everything. 10/10, would recommend.

My appointment was at 10 am. today June 19 for cleaning and at 10:45 the hygienist still wasn’t in the examining room to start cleaning my teeth. So I asked the young lady would she be coming in anytime soon and she went to find out and told me that she would be coming to clean my teeth in about 10 minutes. That would make it 10:50 AM. My time is extremely valuable in my line of work. Waiting that long is totally unacceptable especially after they called me five times to remind me of my appointment at 10 AM. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait like that. This is a business and time is important to them as well as me l and I just can’t understand why they would make any patient wait 45 minutes or more when their appointment was at 10 AM. It’s as if the customer doesn’t really even matter. When and if I return as a customer or a patient if they can’t get to me within 15 minutes I will be leaving again.

I was disappointed that I called 2 times, once 2.5 hours before my appointment, and once 1 hour and 10 minutes before to ask you to order my premed from the pharmacy. Both times I was told you would call it in. I was unable to get the prescription until a few minutes prior to my appointment. We had to reschedule until later at 2 pm. I realize that I called in short order. But you told me it would be taken care of and it wasn't. that was a major waste of time for me today. Beside that everything was fine. Good job by Donna.
