I recently starting going back to this location. I had got my appointment all set for my next cleaning. In April, I get a call the week before trying to contact me to reschedule my appointment. They got me rescheduled in June. Now, they have said they tried contacting me apparently all week to reschedule my appointment due to the fact their office hours had changed. When trying to reschedule the appointment, their next availability wasn’t until August. I’m not sure why your office decides to wait the week before a patient’s appointment to reschedule and think someone can rearrange their work schedule just to fit your opening space. There wasn’t even an email, mail or noticed sent saying they had changed their office hours.

I went to this dentist today, and after being told I would need a crown, I was made an appointment for a future date. The lady at the counter then told me I would have to pay the full amount of the crown to retain the appointment date. WTH!!!! Who does that?? I said I have never heard of someone paying for a treatment they have yet to receive. When I told them I would go to another dentist, I was then advised they would allow me to pay after treatment as a courtesy. I have been coming here for years and this is the first I was ever told about this. I'm seriously considering looking for another dentist as this is ridiculous.

My son’s dental procedure were great. The doctor and hygenist were friendly, caring, and made sure he was comfortable. He’s also never in any pain or discomfort after his procedures. Thank you for the great care!

Denee' is the absolute BEST!!! Amazing customer service, extremely genuine and sincere personality! Her work performance..... Outstanding! I went in to receive a crown and remove a temporary. Denee' removed the temporary so quick and effortlessly I hadn't realized it was gone! I was in and out in minutes. The overall customer service of the staff is great but Denee is the best!! I Love this office. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Brewster and staff ROCK. He is an expert and has experts assist him. The receptionists are very pleasant and especially helpful. The planners are exceedingly masterful at helping my family's cost each step of our journey. This is a great group and I recommend them.

Emergency visit due to pain from rear molar - Ms. April Carrino & Dr. Sunny Allen were great with administering exams and assessing the problem. In addition, April was able to squeeze in a much needed cleaning. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

Neibauer has served the needs of my family for 14 years, since we relocated to Charles County. Now that my children are adults I am pleased that they have elected to stay with the Neibauer family. I am also excited that Neibauer had a location in College Park MD, which allowed one of my sons to continue to see the practice/practitioners he trusted when he was attending UMD and living on campus. Love, love, love Neibauer.
