Took my 2 yr old for his cleaning appt. The dental assistant and dentist were awesome! They were very toddler friendly. He even let her brush and floss his teeth this time! The office staff was great also.

My doctor is great. My issue is with the staff and the ladies that answer the telephone. Everyone there is really nice. However, they do not follow up. I am wearing the Invisalign and I lost my trays on Christmas Eve. I have been trying to get in contact with my doctor for about a week. When I call I get long wait times and then the answering service. When I do get someone they take my message with a promise someone will get back to me in a few minutes and they never do. Finally, I went up to the office and they are still unable to help me. $6,500.00 for the Invisalign and I’m going a week without treatment and I can’t get in touch with my doctor. I do understand that it is the holidays ad people are not really working. But this is also not the first time I lost my trays and had to stalk the office to get back on track with my treatment. I am one month from completing the Invisalign and my teeth still look the same crooked at the bottom and gaps at the top.
In response to Niebauer: To no avail, I did call several times prior to leaving this review (that you Neibauer prompted me to make via text) and asked to speak with a manager in person.

I arrived at my 5:00 appointment about 5:05. I sat in the lobby waiting to be called for about 35 minutes. I went to the front desk and was told it would be another 10 minutes because the doctor was running behind. I was finally seen at at 6:00 p.m. The doctor could not understand my concerns, I had the doctor complete what was scheduled for the day and after my appointment another doctor had to examine me for future treatments. I’ve been a patient since Oct 2010. My worse experience.

The Neibauer office in Waldorf is top notch. It's decorated in a serene palate of neutrals, has a super friendly office staff and a thoroughly competent group of dental professionals. Dr Ghosh is my regular dentist, but today I had Dr Allen, who was equally terrific! I recommend this modern dental practice!

Avoid this dental practice!! If I could give 0 stars I would because they are absolute crooks. They will tell you one thing and lie and cover each other’s backs with back office conversations. They went over a treatment plan and I stated I didn’t want an optional part of the treatment. They stated “oh we can’t change it before you speak to Val but when we call to collect payment just let them know”. No one called to collect payment so I figured they had canceled that optional part of the treatment. When I go to check out they tell me $650 please. I told them everything above and they stated only time we don’t collect payment beforehand is if you have a payment plan the lady looks and sees I have no payment plan and says well at this point you already received the treatment so there is nothing we can do.

I e been a patient at Neibauer for several years and I’ve only had a positive experience. The front desk assistants are all professional. Today, I saw Dr. Barea (forgive spelling). He is a warm, patient & caring Dr. who always has your best interest.

Ive been coming to this office for years and never had any issues until now. I got a call this morning about my appointment next Monday saying they no longer open at 7 am and I need to reschedule. This was odd considering I got a reminder in the mail on July 21st regarding my 9am appointment. Why would that have been sent if your hours changed? Apparently “Monday is the busiest day” so they cant get me back in until September. I knew at my last appointment earlier this year that I would only be available on Sundays starting in September, so I made sure to schedule my appointment before that happened. The least you could do is try to offer an accommodation the same day my appointment was supposed to be or contact me the second your hours changed to make sure I could be seen, but neither of those things happened.
