Well I had a bad experience today at Neibauer, the receptionist was rude and she embarrassed me in front of the other patients, she took my dental card and said she needs to check it. I said ok , and started to go and sit down . It before I did, she gave me papers to fill out while she checked it. So while filling out the papers. She yells out in front of the other patients to me while I’m across the room, that my card is no longer active. So I politely came back to the counter very upset. But I didn’t say anything right then and I responded that I just got this insurance back, and it is active. Then she says she needs to call the insurance company. I said I’ll call them for you. Then she replies no you need to finish filling out your paper work. I said ok and walked back to my seat. But I was still angry. So when I finished my papers, I came back to the counter handed her my papers. And she would not look up at me . So I said in the near future, and she acted as if she didn’t hear, and she still would not look up at me so I repeated it again twice I think and then she finally looks up. And I said In the near future if you have something to tell me , tell me and not everyone here. And she answers sarcastically ok. And I was still mad when I came back to be seen . But Donna the one who was taking care of me . She made me feel better. She talked through it. And let me know to tell the dentist. She said she was new. I did and he was so sweet and apologized on behalf of the receptionist. Donna and the dentist made me feel better. But I don’t want her fired just severely corrected . And treat me nicer when I come back on May 14. And she owes me an apology. Thank you very much

I was impress with Dr Taylor she was very warm & listen to my concerns. Explaining everything & patiently answering my questions. The staff also very professional yet friendly! I high recommend Neibauer Dental Center it’s a beautiful clean & high tech clinic. I now look forward to my routine dental appointments.

So far (5+ years), I've had a very good experience at Neibauer Dental Waldorf with Dr. Prita Ghosh and the staff. They have done excellent work and are always polite, professional and caring.

The entire staff is very friendly. This was my first visit and everyone had smiles on their faces and greeted me while walking back to the office. They made sure I understood the plan to move forward with my son’s treatment and what to expect next. They answered all of my questions and provided alternatives if needed. While I was checking out, again, everyone spoke to me, smiled and said “have a wonderful day”. Thank you for such a great 1st experience.

Dr. Boray and his assistant are the best! They pay close attention to detail to make sure the experience is pleasant. The dentist is the dentist, however, I just had a tooth pulled and I was confident in his abilities. He did not disappoint!
This Waldorf Neibauer Dentist has the best customer service from the receptionist to the assistants to the dentists. I am pleased with my experience especially during this pandemic!
