I had a great experience at the dental office today. Although I was running a little late (10 mins) the staff was very accommodating. I was seen immediately upon check in and out within 45 minutes. I probably helps to have good hygiene as well. 🙂 Kudos to Neibauer Dental of Waldorf!

Painful but beautiful experience!!!
I was able to get an emergency appointment today. Arrived for my appointment but had to wait about 15 minutes which I didn’t mind at all. The staff and the dentist are all great. Dr. Neibauer, just office also give back to the community with free filling, extracts and cleaning. Check them out tomorrow 7-12 on St. Patrick’s Drive

Great atmosphere in the office. Staff are very friendly and polite. Office is clean and bright. Not a long wait before you’re seen. They’re awesome at helping you resolve issues with your teeth.

I have been a patient of Neibauer since 2009. Dr. Suny Allen, and my hygienist, Karen Vennemann are, in my opinion, the very best at their professions.

Money hungry. They lie and tell you to get unnecessary work done. Never go here. They will try to hustle you if you are not aware of your dental health.

Very unpleasant experience. Dentist had no regards to my son who waited over 25 minutes in a dental chair after he was shot with anesthesia. Their was only one dentist working with four patients. My son anesthesia was wearing off when the dentist finally started on his fillings. She was rushing and never asked if I had any questions or concerns once she was finished. My son has been a patient there for many years but no longer will be disrespected again, im taking my business elsewhere.

Had a pain of 10 of 10 they refused to help but took xray knew I was in pain then said cant do anything blood pressure to high (cause of pain I said) but still charged me 144$ to do nothing.
I recommend find another doctor they were never up front with me .

Received first rate dental care. Hygienist was friendly, customer satisfaction was her priority, undoubtedly proficient and efficient. Dentist was also a closer in making my visit and care worth while.
