I had an awesome experience with the staff at Neibauer, Waldorf. Very professional, yet very friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained. The equipment is very modern. Val, my hygienist, did a great job with my cleaning and addressed all my concerns. Her personality and people skills kept me calm during the procedure because I am usually nervous when I go to the Dentist, which I did not share with them. My Dentist, Dr Allen, was also very professional and had a warm and inviting spirit. During my consultation, she provided excellent guidance and suggestions on how to maintain my dental health. I will recommend this facility to anyone.

Great service! Staff was friendly and warm. Although I was a new patient, there was a relaxed atmosphere to the visit. The dentist and hygenist were especially nice. Looking forward to the next visit!

I lucked up in getting an appointment in June for my daughter and the service was great. It was just a cleaning, but she really enjoyed the care and attention given towards her. We were done within an hour. Now looking to set up one for my son!

I used to be extremely satisfied with Neibauer, but no longer. Patient care is lacking. Consistent turnover of staff is disturbing. Existing patients cannot schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame yet there is advertisement everywhere for new patients. The administration and billing department consistently provides inaccurate information. Lastly, for this appointment I waited over 40 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. Time to find another dentist for me and my family.

Absolutely love this dental office. Most of my close family and friends drive near and far for these dental services. Highly recommend Dr. Allen. She is the very best dentist there is, PERIOD! She doesn’t miss anything! Again, she’s extremely thorough and takes the time to talk to you, ensuring you get that needed one-on-one time for any questions or concerns. She’s oh so lovable. My kids adore her.

I was very Hesitant because I have been to a few dentist in the area . And the one sent me a bill of $554 for a panoramic x.ray and the doctor that came to do his evaluation!! I went to Neibauer Dental yesterday and they were very helpful I didn't get anything done yet but I wanted to know what I will have to pay out of pocket first. And it's very reasonable and their Facility is Amazing clean spacious and Staff from the front to the Back was very professional and welcoming. Can't wait to schedule my actual appointment .

I ADORE Dr. Allan and her staff. They have always treated me very well. But, there have been several irroneous billings, and issues with scheduling. For example, I called several days before my 6 month cleaning and examination last August. I needed to reschedule. The SOONEST appointment they were willing to give me was 6 AND A HALF MONTHS later. ( yesterday). So, a reschedule resulted in over A YEAR between cleaning and exams. It was Passive - Aggression, IMHO.
The delay resulted in my needing a CROWN on a molar, because, according to Dr. Allan, it "...wasn't caught in time". To me, this says I could have possibly/ probably avoided an almost $700 crown. Aside from the huge price tag, it's pain and time.
I feel like the practice should cover the cost of the crown, since I had to wait an extra 6 1/2 months for an exam due to their absolute refusal to give me an earlier appointment.
In all honesty, I want to find a new practice for my family and me. The only thing that's stopping me is my loyalty and adoration of Dr. Allan. If she were to leave and join another practice, I would follow her out of there in a heartbeat.
I won't even go completely into them trying to bill me more than $1200 more than the agreed upon price for a bridge last year. After I adamantly refused to pay it, they changed the Patient name to my husband, and mailed the bill to HIM. TWICE. Sigh.
