No one really likes going to the dentist, so when the experience is pleasant and the people are friendly, it definitely helps! Cat was my hygienist, and incredibly sweet, she educated me on the process and referred to her colleagues she needed support. Donna did my cleaning and boy oh boy, she did not miss a spot, I am sparklig. Lastly, Dr. Allen made sure I was a well-informed patient. Although the procedures I need done are quite pricey, she kept to priorities, gave me referrals and recommendations from her expert opinion, and suggestions on how to save money through financing. Overall, I had a really great experience and when it’s time to get the work done, I will be back. Thanks Neibaur team!

I haven't even seen the dentist yet the staff here is wonderful all of them have very pleasant attitude and dispositions going all out with the free dental and have given us coffee blanket TV this is an exceptional Dental staff. I'm looking for the same wonderful care once I get inside in the dental chair. I've been here in line for the free dental since 5 a.m. This morning. and I must say its worth it.

My experience at Neibauer Dental is always positive! The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming. Michelle & Denay are the best dental techs ever! They make you feel right at home even though you know you’re in for an uncomfortable experience. Dr. Ghosh is an excellent dentist and always wants to ensure my teeth are the best they can be!! Great team!!!

Dr Allen’s assistant : he is The Best. He is very thoughtful, kind and caring. When you are having discomfort and pain and your staff steps up to the plate to help solve the problem is a wonderful experience.

All the staff are great. They all great you with a smile and hello. Well I actually couldn't see the smile with the mask. But I could tell they were smiling their eyes lit up. The dental hygienist and dentist are gentle.

I drive almost an hour to be treated by Dr. Allen. "Dentists are a dime a dozen" where I'm from but when you get a great one you hold on for dear life. The front desk staff is very professional & Dr. Allen's assistants always make me laugh and keep me comfortable during my visits. I'm almost done with my complete dental overhaul which hasn't been easy but I would do it all over again if Dr. Allen is my dentist.

I would give neibauer dental a 2.5 if I could. First let me say that Dr. Allen is amazing. Everything else beyond that is really not good. The hygienists are hit or miss. My last hygienists was a butcher! I have never bled more during a clearing than when she was doing it. It was painful and uncomfortable most of the time. And I brush and floss every day. Then she gave me a "desensitizer" for 1 tooth that had been bothering me and it literally fell off the next day. There's $25 I'll never see again. The facility itself is poorly managed in that the wait time before getting seen is typically ridiculous. I've had to wait over an hour before getting seen by my dentist. I really would not keep coming here if it wasn't for Dr. Allen, the only good thing about this place. She has a wonderful bed side manor with her patients.

I am satisfied with my hygienists April she's awesome. The sad part about this place is the hidden fees and when you try to address these issues you get horrible customer service and terrible response. The front desk service is good depending on who is working. The in and out serives is great! However my main issue with Neibauer is the hidden cost when it comes to billing even when you have gotten preapproved for services to be done. Then when your trying to get clarity there accounting staff is extremely rude.☹
My hisband was stuck with a bill after getting pre-authorization from our insurance and the representative was extremely rude to him when he approached the situation, customer over all satisfaction should be taken more seriously..
