Aspen Dental staff was absolutely, hands down, the most professional, kindest and compassionate people I have ever encountered in the dental field. I was so exhausted from having excruciating tooth pain only to be told by my other two dentists that the other one was at fault (concerning my root canal and the tooth behind it). Despite being in horrific pain, the other dentists put me on the schedule days later. After four consultations and paying over 200.00 and still getting nothing accomplished, I thought I am going to a brand new place. Am I ever glad I did !!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I was treated like I mattered, like they were genuinely concerned with my dilemma and they were, no matter what , going to resolve this tooth ache. So at that moment I became a patient of theirs. They took a lot of xrays, they explained thoroughly so I could understand all about my teeth, no one has ever done that for me. Long story short....I am sitting here tonight smiling ear to ear because my tooth ache is gone , my appointment was this afternoon and everything went perfectly. The Dentist was so unbelievably kind, calm, personable and patient. Not to be too over dramatic, I love these guys, I came in so disillusioned with the entire dental profession, and now my opinion has changed because of them!! THANK YOU!! Aspen Dental...Go there you will be glad you did!!!

I like your Brooklyn Center office it was neat and clean. I had to wait a little bit because the front desk person was on the phone but it went smoothly. The assistant to the dentist was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The dentist listen to what I want to have done and she explained to me and then repaired my problem. I was quite surprised by the amount of time it took to fix it very fast. Thank you

Very friendly staff. I haven't been to the dentist for a long time and I was worried about being overwhelmed with suggestions of services I need. However, the staff explained everything and helped me understand which services were priorities and which ones could wait. I also really loved that they sat down with me and went through pricing in great detail! They explained what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket. They have financing options too. They gave me a detailed print out of their recommendations and the prices so I can decide what I want to do in future appointments.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dentist to others.

They did not bill my insurance correctly. My insurance company ran it as an out of network and sent me a check. I asked Aspen why I got the check. They told me it was an over payment. 9 months later we get a bill. I asked why they didn't run it through our dental first account. They said it was over a year ago and they wouldn't do it now. This was all there fault and they will not do anything to help. Stay away from this place.

The staff seemed nice enough. My suggestion to them however is I would make it feel like you're trying help or care for patients less like you're trying sell or push expensive suggestions. I do not need to have high priced electric toothbrushes and toothpastes pushed on me while I am in pain. It seems like the dentist went straight to the most expensive option and spent a fair amount of time on it rather than explaining all options so I could make a informed confident decision. I would not go back ever.

Since I've been going here I have done my best to be optimistic. Dr. Cooper is unprofessional and incompetent of dealing with people. Due to my work insurance I am not covered for specific procedures and have to pay out of pocket. Therefore I opted to do small steps in dental work because I do not have the budget to pay up front. She Complained the whole time she was working on me and when she was done her and the assistant walked away. I didn't know they were finished until the billing rep came in and tried to pressure me to get all this additional work and products. After the procedure I'm in worst pain than I've ever been before. I was not in pain before o came. I go in for an emergency to be seen and of course they cannot see me. Every time I visit they look at me in shame because I don't want to pay thousands of dollars to get their products or do unneccsaey things on me. I won't be back.

I opted for complete removal of my teeth since an internal pancreatic issue caused decay. I was told I would receive dentures immediately following the oral surgerys and receive the permanent dentures in roughly 6 months. They screwed up the dentures and even though I kept telling them they didnt fit and were much too big, they told me to be patient and wait for the swelling to go down, Which makes no sense as that would have made them bigger, not fit correctly. Anyway, here's I am, 3 weeks post surgery with no teeth ands no dentures. I am unable to work, go out in public or even look at myself in the mirror. This is utterly heartbreaking. Had I known I would have to go a month (Im told the dentures will be ready in another week or so), I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE. This entire ordeal cost me over $12k, and I'm in tears most days and have serious doubts I'll ever be able to look at myself again.

Great customer service! I was able to get help from a lady named Latashia at the front desk I believe. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, CHECKED ME IN PRETTY FAST AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD WITH NO PROBLEM. She made this visit great! I'll definitely be coming back.
