My experience with Aspen Dental in Brooklyn Center was great. I was given honest and up front feedback about my dental needs. There statement of a free exam was truly free. The staff were caring and kind. They were not fake friendly like the service I experienced at Renew. Aspen Dental is a safe place with staff who care and are willing to explain no matter how many questions I had each staff interaction was positive and professional.

First time going there for an emergency. The place doesn't look like a dental clinic. Poor customer service and unpleasant environment. The x-ray tech took so many images that I was forced to ask her if she really needed them. I never had these many dental x-ray images taken before. I understand that if you are dealing with a little kid, getting the perfect image might be difficult. So trying a few times may be necessary. But I found it unacceptable! and it was obvious that she can use some retraining. After I saw the dentist, I was rushed to the business office and given an estimate for the services that the doctor recommended. Her focuse was to get me commit for the services as fast as possible. I was also told that I needed to make dawn payment if I want to make an appointment.....that really made me get out of the chair. Everything feels shady. I would rather pay more and get a professional service than.....

It had been at least a couple of years since I had been to the dentist and just broke a tooth. The folks at Aspen Dental were able to get me right in. The staff was very friendly, professional and made no judgements at all about length of time between visits. They provided me with comprehensive treatment plan as well as itemized cost of the plan. They were all great and would highly recommend them to anyone

Sara asked me to volunteer for a free dental care for Veterans they had last year. The services that were so selflessly performed for people in need and the care provided was an amazing thing to be a part of! The dentists and staff truly poured their heart out for the patients.

Before even going in for a cleaning my husband went in to Aspen dental, with our dental insurance card, and made sure that they accepted the type of dental insurance that we had. He went in for the cleaning and stated that he wasn't a fan of the dentist and didn't feel like they did a great job. After the appointment be received a bill in the mail for the cleaning that should have been covered by insurance. My husband called Aspen dental and was told that they don't except the insurance that we have even after they had previously told us otherwise. They did say however that they were going to fix the problem since there was a misunderstanding with the lady working in the office that day. We continued to receive bills in the mail. Finally, I stopped in to the office and spoke with the office manager, who said that they actually do accept our insurance since it's part of Delta Dental. This was back in September, after months of trying to sort this out. I just received a bill from a collection agency for the cleaning. I'm so frustrated that I just paid the bill so that I don't ruin my credit. Before going to Aspen dental, I recommend that you go to Brooklyn boulevard dental just around the corner.

Dr Cooper is the best dentist I have ever used! The rest of her staff is equally amazing! I have great fear of going to the dentist and all of my experiences here have been nothing short of fantastic. I always feel comfortable and worry free in their care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Aspen dental is my first experience going to dentist. I was nervous but from the time they set the appointment to the time i got my tooth pulled they treated me very well. All the staff was so polite and caring. Sara made me feel very comfortable as i was scared to have it done. But the doctor made sure he took real good care of me. I would recommend any to go to Aspen dental. I love them and the environment. Thank you all. Cant wait til my next appointment.

I called a couple different times to make an appointment and then I canceled due to being afraid to go in. I finally made a consult appointment and when I went in everyone was extremely nice from the receptionist, the dentist assistant, and the dentist.
After all the x-rays a gum specialist comes in and checks for gum disease and gives you advice. I thought that was really cool I've never experienced that before.. I was really sad with my diagnosis knowing I was going to have to take out a lot of my teeth. The dentist tried to make me feel better and said there are plenty of options, we can just take a step at a time. Unfortunately they do not take State Insurance but they have a financial lady who tells you about their prices and try to work with your budget.
I would definitely recommend going to Aspen Dental the location I went to was Brooklyn Center,MN
