Don't go here.........Im switching Dentists again. They charged me WAY more then what was agreed upon. Not sure why, no extra work was done. They gave me an electric toothbrush i didnt need, made me think it was covered by insurance then charged me $135. During my final procedure the newly hired fresh out of school dental person was the greatest staff person i delt with, If they were all like her, i would happily go back, but they only care about the money not so much the patients. Go somewhere else, no sure how they got a high rating but it fooled me. Dont go here......Not worth it, your wallet with thank you.

I have been going the Aspen Dental for two years in Rochester.
Last June, 2018 we moved to the Twin Cities so I decided to continue with Aspen Dental. It was seamless as far as my records were concerned.
The office staff and medical staff were very professional.

Went in for the free exam, and discuss options for partials.
I was told I needed two fillings, but they wouldn't do the work I needed unless I got the$2500 cleaning first
I don't believe you have to clean all the teeth before you can do two simple fillings. . What a scam.

Purchased an upper denture.....cracked under two years. Paid $75 plus for repair and it failed again after a few weeks. They would not correct the obviously poor repair without again charging me another $75 plus. Did the repair and then it failed again in less than 2 weeks. They again refused to correct it unless I paid another $75.....I had enough of dealing with such a poor customer relations company. I will be going to another denture company.

We didn't get far enough in to comment on the actual dentist, but I wouldn't WANT to now, after the way my wife was treated. I called ahead right away this morning to make sure they were an in network provider for my insurance and was told that they were and that they were "connected", and I also alerted them that the visit was for a dental emergency for my wife's broken tooth. When my wife arrived, she was told that today was an exam only and was told she couldn't be seen without an insurance card. We have never been given anything but our United Healthcare cards, and other providers, such as vision providers, if in network and "connected" have always been able/willing to verify our insurance through the system. So my wife stepped aside to look the dental insurance up and was able to find an account number - took it back in to them, and was told she was too late for her appointment and would have to reschedule. All of this when she was in severe pain. No empathy whatsoever. I would never return nor would I recommend them to anyone and I will be reporting this experience to MetLife.
