Incorrectly billed several times, and when I called to inquire about the double charges I received, neither the receptionist nor the manager could give me an answer about where the charges came from. During my last cleaning at the office, the hygienist stopped halfway through my cleaning to attend to another patient. 20 minutes later came back and finished. Save yourself the headaches and frustrations and choose another dentist.

They were able to see me with short notice, saving me a trip to er or uc! Dr Miller & the staff were very respectful, short wait time.

Not good customer service called and made a same day appt. when I arrived at my scheduled appt. Tony the rep. at the front desk said sorry someone should have called you we will not be able to see you. WOW, I left work early to make sure I could make it to this appointment they could have at least called to let me know. Waste of my time.

Poor service. They rush patients out the door. False advertisement that they do not honor. They send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and did not even try to rectify it, they also won't write out prescription for you. Would never go back again and don't recommend anyone else go to there. They also try to bill you before finding out what is wrong with you.

As soon as I walk through the door the staff was welcoming and great at answering all the questions I had as soon as I had a seat the doctor was very open and honest with everything I needed done everybody was very professional friendly honest and welcoming the best visit that I've ever had for a Dental Clinic.

Very poor communication, they canceled my appointment without telling me because I didnt confirm my appointment but didnt get any communication from them besides a text saying they look forward to seeing me at 1 today and I show up 20 minutes before and said they cancled my appointment and gave it to someone else..... I understand confirming an appointment but didnt get any kind of communication besides the text saying they look forward to seeing me.
