Dr. Sara Cooper is wonderful. Truly, one of the BEST in Minnesota. Not only is the entire team at Aspen Dental extremely friendly and efficient (Lindsay, Makata and Angie are also amazing), but they genuinely care about the health and well-being of their patients. I personally work and manage in the service industry and was blown away by the team's professionalism. You are guaranteed a great experience going with Aspen Dental. They will give you a big and bright smile.

The staff working here is very friendly and loveable! Also the doctor was very attentive to making sure my experience was pain-free. I had a tooth pulled and two fillings done I never felt a thing until the numbness wore off, I can't say the same thing about other teeth Ive had pulled. I live about 40 miles from this location and I think I will still make this my regular dental care office! I hate going to the dentist, but my overall experience here was great.

My name is NeVone Facion and basically I had tooth pain. I went in and signed a contract stating for financial assistance. Little did I know the agency they use genesis credit has the right to increase its payments whenever they see fit for themselves. Plus they have another fee on top of the interest charge. I already know they're going to send a bogus I'm sorry please leave your feet back with are toll free number. Do not trust them when it comes to amount of a procedure.

Unfortunately I had to bring my 4 year daughter to my appointment and they were so nice and helpful. I needed to get the work done but I didn’t have anyone to watch my kid and they told me to bring her in so I could finish treatment. Everyone was so kind. Thank you.

Hygienist, Yoah C. is absolutely fabulous. For the first time in my life I wasn’t anxious and actually felt comfortable at the dentist, thanks to her. So very welcoming and talked to me like a friend which is exactly what I need in anxious situations. Thanks Yoah! :)

I got nothing bad to say about this dental clinic. I needed to get some major dental work done and they helped me from day one. Their staff is friendly and accommodating to the patient needs. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dr Ismail Hassan, he is not only a great person but also an excellent dentist. He is all about 100% satisfaction, if for wherever reason you are not happy with the results, he will be there for you to do wherever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the results. What a wonderful staff! As this was my first visit to Aspen I was greeted with smiles and efficiency. The aspect of a first impression is very important. I would highly recommend this dental office simply because they are well organized; efficient, polite, and also offer evening services. Everyone on the Aspen team deserves a raise!

I went to Aspen Dental for a double crown replacement. I had my dental insurance but I knew that I would be expected to pay out of pocket cost that my insurance would not. I made my payment towards the crown and my insurance would have taken care of the rest.
The very sad thing about my experience was that during the fitting of the crown ,it never was molded correctly despite having a dental impression made !
The crown had to be adjusted and sent back multiple times. I was told that it was being sent to the lab about 4-5 times it didn't fit. I have never had an experience like this at the professional dentist office before where the crown was not replicated according to the original teeth and fitted in perfectly or at least near perfect. This was extremely time consuming and was not my fault but I felt that I was treated like I was to blame. With each adjustment it made me look like I was wearing dentures.
On the final attempt the dentist proceeded to touch up the crown in the office.After having the various adjustments it did not appear that crown was being molded at a dental lab but fixed up there at the office.
If it was professionally molded, multiple moldings would have not been necessary.
When my service was finally completed ,I called the office to ensure everything was covered and there was no balance owed and was told It was fine At the end of it all I was charged for the cost of the crown and the adjustments despite putting down a payment. This left a mark on credit despite my attempts to make sure things were right.This was not forth right.Please beware and clear about what you are being charged for and keep up with your payment records.

This is was my first time at a dentist in over three years, I have major social anxiety that keeps me hidden away most of the time. I finally had the courage to work myself up to get to the dentist for tooth pain. I scheduled my appointment online, it was wonderful! I did not have to call. I got one voicemail about confirming my appointment, I went ahead online & confirmed it right away! I go to the front desk lady tell her my name & right away with major attitude, tells me she called 3 times to confirm my appointment, I let her know I confirmed it online when I got the voicemail. She said that was unacceptable & they always expect a phone call back. My appointment was almost canceled because of this. The lady was straight rude, like I stated before I have social anxiety, so being confronted by her like that made me go into a little panic attack, I was shaking through out my x Ray's because of her attitude. What is the point of having the option of confirming an appointment online & yet still give people a hard time when they do so? Other then that, all the staff in the back including the insurance manager WONDERFUL! I even told the dentist about my anxiety & he asked what he could do now & in the future.
I will be back but I'm hoping I dont deal with the same front desk lady.

I had a fantastic experience at this Aspen location in Brooklyn Center. From the time I booked the appointment until I left the clinic I was impressed with the friendliness and expertise of the entire staff! Dr. Patterson explained the procedures very well. It was obvious that he is very knowledgeable, caring, and a really nice guy. I will be referring friends your way!
