Walked in the location not knowing how it would go.
Everyone was so awesome.
I knew going into the appointment what was needed and we got straight to the point.
I have dentures and needed new ones cause my bottom ones broken in half. They glued back together for no charge. Have next appointment in a week with no hesitation

After a couple of bad appointments at other clinics I was very anxious going in. The team was very reassuring and handled my anxiety well for the most part. They explained everything they did, talked me through my scans, and were very considerate of the pain I was in. We set up a treatment plan and scheduled all of my appointments at once so it won't take months to finish and they helped me find financing to make payment affordable. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars however is because I saw a dentist, not hygienist, misgender someone in the waiting room and it made me feel like this clinic may not be trans friendly

The care by the hygienist is great. Where I have always had issues is with the front end. Once again, I am having issues with billing. The office has agreement with my insurance company that I do not pay more than what the insurance company is willing to pay. My insurance company said not to pay the amount. Well, this office sees it differently. They still want their money that the insurance company will not pay and billed me for it. There also may be another fee as well. Making this a very expensive cleaning. I have cancelled my next appointment over this.
I spoke to the admin staff before writing this review. The person who I spoke to asked if I would pay the bill. She did not appear to be trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Though, she was happy to cancel my appointment and did not even argue with me which was nice but puzzling.

Hadn't gone in a few years due to covid and when I tried to schedule a cleaning they insisted I needed x-rays, which I declined due to being pregnant. They were unable to make an accommodation and insisted I needed x-rays. Not great customer service over the phone either, wouldn't recommend.

First appointment was good. For the second, they gave me an appointment card with the correct time I asked for but logged me in the system at an incorrect time and the next opportunity I could reschedule at a similar time was months away.

I’ve been getting my dental work done at Aspen for about a year. My teeth are in better shape than they ever have been. Yoah Cammue is my hygienist and I love how she cleans my teeth. I’ve never had them feel as good as when she cleans them. She’s so kind and easy to get along with, and she makes me feel very comfortable throughout the process while also giving great tips for how to better my at home hygiene. Highly recommend Yoah!

This was my first time here and it went really well. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at how easily the appointment went. I was taken back for x-rays right away and from there to see the hygienist and then the dentist. I was shown my x-rays and told what work should be done. Everyone was kind, courteous, and friendly. It was a great first dental appointment.

The staff at Aspen was amazing. I’m generally traumatized just by walking into a dentists office, but that was not the case this time. I had a great experience and I also appreciated that they weren’t trying to find things wrong with my teeth just to make a little extra money. They were straightforward and to the point, and only focused on the very few issues I actually had. This will be my dental office going forward. No question about that

The dentist that pulled my tooth and did the bone graft did an amazing job and they did a good job of explaining how I should care for my extraction area. I will also get a partial to replace the missing tooth. When I went for the consultation they told me about an implant and a bridge but did not mention the partial which is $3000 less expensive. Still I would go back here for the good care.

This place only wants Money and they're Terrible. They overcharge for every service. I have severe tooth pain and set up appointment. I was told it could be removed. Appointment lasted almost 2 hours and I still have tooth pain. They tried to sale me everything from partial dentures to gum fixing shaving teeth etc. All I wanted was an extraction. After all that they wanted a deposit which I understand but they wanted me to come back a different day to do it. Had I agreed to the other work they would have done the extraction. Liars Do NOT GO HERE.
