A very clean and modern facility. The staff were friendly and helpful. Scheduling an appointment online was quick, easy and I got in right away. I had a small technical issue trying to preemptively register for "my account" on the Aspen Dental website but that did not affect the timely service I received from the Brooklyn Center dental team.

Made an appointment for a simple filling repair. I arrived and they made me sit though 40 minutes of x rays which I did not need because I had xrays done prior to the visit. Instead of focusing on my filling they spent the visit discussing a dental implant (which I’m not interested in at this point) and made me make another appointment to have my filling taken care of. I will not be returning to Aspen dental. Definitely not patient focused care here!

I am very great-full for this office location. Its close to home/work, the people are very kind, patient, and accommodating. My first time there we did the normal x-rays and inspection and as someone with history of trouble taking x-rays they took the time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. My second visit with them was actually an unscheduled emergency. They fit me into the schedule in under an hour and took care of the problem quick and effectively.

I am giving them a five star cause I went in trying to find out what was wrong with one of my tooth. After a thoroughly examination, find out that I had other issues as well. Dr Miller and Sara LDA was the best help that I could have. I am putting my trust in their hands to take care of all my dental needs. THANK YOU so much Aspen Dental

I’ve been going to this location for a few years and have been so happy with the care, work and patience of the team. I’m able to schedule appointments when needed, never wait longer than expected to be seen and feel important as a person and not just another customer. Sarah T. has take care of me anytime in I’m and knows my preferences in care. I’ve moved from just a few minutes away to 25 but I still only schedule with this location!

I had a super tough time going into the dentist after many years, and did so with a broken tooth so I wasn’t feeling awesome. Mandy & Angie totally helped me get through the initial exam, and Dr Ismail was a blessing - he said exactly the right things to keep my cool. To cap it off, the office manager was wonderful and got me through the hardest part - payment and a plan. These people deserve an award in patience and humanity.
A few weeks later... I went back today and finished my crown. I could not be more impressed. Dr Cooper and Wendy are awesome. People working the desk were wonderful too. Seriously, these people are helping others in a way that is inspired and compassionate.

I should have listened to some of the negative reviews. They charge about 8 times the normal amount for a full cleaning, trying to reschedule an appointment is near impossible because they hardly ever pick up the phone, and they just completely cancelled a couple of my appointments without any warning.
