DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!

I would give them zero stars if possible. I am traveling for work. I wake up with a tooth issue that needs to be taken care of immediately. On their website, it says EMERGENCY. I touch the EMERGENCY tab and it sets up an appointment for me. I get to the office for the appointment and am told that there will only be an X-ray and exam today. I explained to the person behind the counter that this was an EMERGENCY and that is why I selected them for my issue. The person told me that they would check, but did not think they would be able to get me in for anything more than an X-ray. I thought for sure that she was mistaken so I asked if she could talk to someone else to clear this mistake up. Another person poked their head around the corner and said that they guaranteed that I would not get in today. Their website is misleading when it says EMERGENCY. Possibly that is for existing patients, but did not clearly state that. It allowed me to make an appointment without ever have been there before. They were not understanding at all. I would not recommend going to this dental office.

I had my first appointment which was FREE!!, X rays and everything. They are very friendly and thorough.

At this time I'm going to give these guys a 1*. I know it doesn't seem fair but listen. I set up an appointment for me and my kid, of course as a parent you want the kid to go first because they start to squirming around in their seats after 15-30 minutes of doing anything. when we checked in I was informed my kid's appointment had been canceled and moved to 2 hours later. this did not make me happy and things that unfolded from there was very expected. My kid wouldn't sit still for the images and he had a hard time after being there for 2.5 hours to sit still for the cleaning too. One other thing, when I called in I made sure to ask for a pediatric dentist only to be informed they don't have one on staff at this location. during all of this I can see the staff get visually frustrated with my kid and although I was disappointed too there's nothing you can do considering the amount of time he had to wait. All in all I give these guys a D.

I had a pretty good experience fir my first time visiting. The staff were friendly and welcoming!!

I participated in Aspen Dental's free services for veterans in honor of Veteran's day, and can't believe how wonderful the care was. Aspen took care of two fillings i needed, and cleaned my teeth. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and competent. It was a stunningly gracious experience.

I love this dentist! I have had a long history of trouble with dentist and often find myself dreading having to go in. When I moved to the area a couple of years ago, I began at aspen. The staff there are incredible and show such care surrounding my concerns and sensitivities. The front desk are well organized and very apologetic when they cannot be due to factors out of their control. Sara, a staff member there, has assisted on many of my visits and is amazing at her job!! She is kind, charismatic and incredibly reassuring of her attentiveness to her patients. She is great at explaining everything thoroughly and hearing our patient concerns. Additionally, she has remembered many details about my past visits which makes me feel valued as a patient. Would definitely recommend aspen dental to anyone who is looking for a dental care facility.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this office. Sara Trout went above and beyond to make my dad comfortable. Her and the rest of the staff who worked with him made his visit easy since he is in a wheelchair due to a stroke. They definitely made this a great experience. Stacy Olson also made the financing very easy too. Thank you

Friendly, thorough and informative! Everyone had a very positive attitude!

After finding out that two of my teeth could not be repaired by a root canal, I was told I needed to have them removed right away. I spent the rest of that day on the phone trying to find an appointment with an oral surgeon. I finally called Aspen, and they could get me in the next day. I arrived for my appointment and and the staff was so nice and comforting and explained every step of the process, including billing and immediately calmed my nerves. Sarah was exceptionally pleasant and offered small talk while waiting for the Dr, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. You can tell she really loves her job and is very knowledgeable.

Dr Miller was amazing. He took the time to let me know what to expect and why he felt they needed to be extracted by explaining the Xrays to me. I Opted out of nitrous due to the time frame and he was very gentle with the needles while getting my upper and lower jaws numb and then talked to me the entire time, making sure I was still comfortable, well as comfortable as you can be having two teeth pulled), and then asked if I wanted to see the teeth and explained what had happened.

I highly recommend this practice for all of your dental needs and if you are lucky enough to have Dr. Miller...you will surely leave smiling, knowing you are in great hands🙂
