It was truly a good experience. The staff was very well poised and the doctor was awesome. The main nurse she was awesome.

Very disappointed during my visit. I was totally rushed through and not given any attention. I arrived at the time they requested, and they got me in about 25 minutes late, which I understood. But, because they got me got me in so late, I left like I was completely rushed through because by the time they got me in, they were closing in about 30 minutes. I had multiple people take my x-rays because they were trying to hurry and multitask. Once I actually saw the dentist she basically glanced in my mouth and didn't really tell me what needed to be done. I was told the office manager had to leave for an emergency... And that they could give me a documented list of my dental plan via email since I had nobody to talk to in person - which I never received. I have to call and ask questions because I was never given documentation. It has been very frustrating how often I need to call back to get more information. But, people on the phone have always been nice and helpful when I call in the afternoon.

My daughter was a patient at Aspen Dental for a wisdom teeth extraction yesterday. She was helped by Tiffany, Sarah, and Dr. Patel. She continued to talk about how awesome the people helping her were. She had great customer service and would highly recommend working with the people she had!

The hygienist has been there now for at least a year and I am happy with her work. I got there an hour early and they were able to work me in.

2015, went in to see if they took insurance. The receptionist was busy with a technical call. After four minutes, left. Came back after 15 minutes and no one was on the desk. It is a new business, thought they would be more attentive to wanting new clients must not need any new clients that walk in.

It has been two years later. They have a new owner and the business is starting to settle down. Still, the crew changes from visit to visit. Problems I have had with them that has arisen they have fixed. Have not had work done by the new dentist so not sure how she is. Their new hygienist is experienced and good. .So, though I have three stars then I will give them 4 now.

I have been a patient with Aspen dental since August 2019. The employees have been awesome and are very personable. They call me by first name every time I come in, with an up beat and personal tone. They obviously love their jobsšŸ˜ŠDr Ismail and his staff have been very proactive whenever I may have an issue and will do everything he/they can, to resolve the issue ASAP. I would definitely recommend Aspen dental in Brooklyn centeršŸ˜

The scheduling and office staff for Aspen Dental were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt welcomed and prioritized as a new patient, even though it was obvious they were short- staffed and very busy. Dr. Ismail was transparent and explained all of the available treatment options, without any pressure or judgment. I will happily return to and recommend this location!

Follow up:
It was determined I needed Endodontic treatment which is only offered at this location once a month. I could not wait more than three weeks due to intense pain so I needed my xrays sent to a different dental office. I called Aspen and left a voicemail with this request, my appointment in 2 days, and included the contact information for the office where I would be receiving treatment. I did not hear from Aspen the following day and I called them the day after, the date of my treatment, and my xrays had still not be sent even though I was told requests for xrays can be handled within 24 hours. I had to go back to Aspen to physically pick up copies of my xrays.

Offices may be busier than usual due to COVID-19 and, giving the benefit of this, I would caution shortness staff and delays at this location.

Wonderful staff, Dr. Cooper is amazing and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how they explained what they were doing during my check up. Being able to have some insight into all the numbers they rattle off during dental exams was really cool to now know a bit about what they are reffing to. Cant say enough great things about my experience

Very friendly and professional, Sara took my initial x-rays and was very knowledgeable and gentle. Also spoke to Dr. Miller who was very kind. Easy people to work with, makes for people with dental anxiety a breeze!

I absolutely dread going to the dentist but I had a great experience at Aspen dental, Emily was very nice and so was latasia, Sarah brought me in for X rays and was very fast, Jamie took measurements of my gums and I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was. Dr. Miller was knowledgeable and helpful, Milaya cleaned my teeth and it was very painless compared to other visits Iā€™ve had to the dentist.

I had forgotten about an appointment on October 26. I got a call at 940 am on the 14th. When I told her that I already had my root canal taken care of, she kind of went off on me. I felt reprimanded for not letting them know even though it was 12 days away from this appointment that I donā€™t even remember making. They also seemed a little pushy at my initial appointment. Kind of disappointing. Iā€™m not that impressed with Aspen Dental and wonā€™t be using their services. I would prefer using a local dentist who I can trust and have a relationship with.
