I was seen in time, once sat in chair , they proceeded to ask me why was I there and what procedure did I expect ? I told them what doc told me then they wanted to go back and forth , for this or that , finally I said go check why ask me in first place ? So one leaves to check with doc , out loud I said why ask me what you all should do ??? the other seemed real tight after that did not address me further, now I’m second guessing picking this clinic, I paid cash for half an 11k procedure, now I have to direct the work too?? Well doc came in did the molding etc but I thought it was suspect they didn’t know what I was there for

They are amazing!! Super friendly, amazing service, everything about my visit was awesome, very very good first impression. I wish they cleaned 5 year old's teeth, but as soon as my son turns 6 this is where he will be as well.

Roberta Wea and Dr. Miller are extremely kind and caring. During covid the office is doing all the proper PPE and procedures. I got my temp crown today and it was really fast and efficient.

Had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment which was time consuming for me. Overall everything was fine. One thing that should be changed is all the reminders of your appointment. I don't have another appointment till September of this year and already your emailing me about it. I got an emai twice, a phone text, and a phone call reminding me of my last appointment. This is over kill. Please change this, it's annoying.

BEWARE - this dentist office tried to strong-arm me into paying for expensive scaling/root planing services for more than $800 out of pocket. When I expressed reluctance, I was not given a choice to have a regular, fully insurance-paid, prophylactic cleaning. I saw another dentist one week later and they were baffled why this expensive service was suggested - I did not need it. Beware, it's a nice racket, and they left me hanging in a most unconscionable manner.

I made an appointment as a new patient and they had to reschedule it as they were so backed up that day and couldn't make time to see me. They then had to reschedule my rescheduled appointment because they double booked me. Not sure what is going on with their scheduling but it has been a headache to be seen by a dentist. I am taking my business elsewhere.
